I'm talking about stretching your muscles, not theology. I'm sure Giggs doesn't do it for the spirituality.
I don't think you can make it compulsory without upsetting a few players. Yoga has it's origins in pagan sun worship. If there are a devout Christians in the squad they might not agree with it's use.
Giggs is a pagan now ?
I'm not saying Giggs is pagan. He's doing it to keep his body in shape and working for him. Just giving an opinion. Muslim and Christian players would have to be considered before such a decision is made. Just this year Cisse and Newcastle were at odds over the club's shirt sponsor. It's almost as if Mr Lahey prowls the forum as various posters and just blows the shit winds across certain threads.
He got over it quickly enough when he remembered who paid his wages.I'm not saying Giggs is pagan. He's doing it to keep his body in shape and working for him. Just giving an opinion. Many Christians consider other religions to be pagan/heathen. Like Jesus of Nazareth said "he who is not with me is against me"It's true that, insanely enough, there are a lot of people who object to yoga on religious grounds. I believe there are Court cases ongoing in the US about teaching it in schools, and surprisingly they aren't allowed to do so in India, as the country is secular.
I thought it was linked to Hinduism rather than paganism though?
His touch is out of this world. Like Scholes, he's mastered the art of receiving a pass, making a nice touch to get ready, then pings a difficult pass perfectly.
What he is doing now is not only an amazing football accomplishment, but an amazing sporting accomplishment. He was oozing class out there yesterday - through balls, lobbed passes, and generally seeing an opening before anyone else on the pitch bar Rooney.
Cherish this because we are witnessing something that probably won't happen for the rest of our lifetimes.

GWB is a God fearing man. He was just quoting his heroI thought that was George Dubbya?
I do get those two confused quite a lot though.
Examples?I am a hige Giggs fan want him to continue for as long as he performs like he did against Laverkusen. However there have been times this season when he has been utter garbage. I am just trying to point out that people mustn't forget those performances. In the end, its United that matters so if a player has a bad, it must not be forgotten.

I think we should make the Yoga he does a compulsory daily training exercise for every player if we haven't already.
The last time a player like him was around was over half a century ago and people are somehow disappointed that he's played a whole 600 mins of football this season. "Yeah, alright, so he's still good in some games, but I still don't like how reliant we are on him."fools.
“If I’m 20 per cent above the normal level at a young age and I drop 10 per cent, I'm still 10 per cent above everybody else. That's what happened to Ryan Giggs,” the manager told Arsenal Player.
I don't think I'll ever see a crazier game than the '99 FA cup semi replay in my life. And to finish it off like this then...
Happy birthday Ryan. Would be nice if he reached the 1000.
