He have lost the dressing room because some of the players seems to don't care one bit, not to mention Fellaini. This is painful..

just try anderson and zaha.

a risk maybe, but nothing is going to happen with the players we got on the field just now.

Hargreaves is brilliant isn't he.?

Not a penalty "because it would ruin the game".

Take Rvp off - put Anderson on and let him push on.

Nani Hernandez janujaz up front have enough inventiveness.

Why all of a sudden does the slightest bit of contact mean it's a penalty in the eyes of many pundits?

Really sad that we don't enjoy watching the team at the moment, we really have been spoiled for years.

Tend to agree :(
But given our foundation, not sure why we haven't invested in keeping it fresh and playing well. Including the last few Fergie years. There were numerous times we didn't enjoy our play but still won. Now that the results have also gone south, there's nowhere to hide.

Main problem for me seems to be a lack of identity or any real ideas in the team. Crumbling confidence just compounds and exposes it further.

We're too deep always, letting them press us higher up the pitch, closing down our midfielders so Vidic and Evans have to hoof it forwards into van Persie or Hernandez, and they don't thrive on that type of service. Our midfielders can't do anything under pressure, and even though cleverley is having a decent game, nobody is taking charge to control the game for us. When januzaj gets the ball, there is hardly ever any movement, everyone standing still which doesn't give him many options. He's playing great though. Nani, van Persie or Hernandez haven't done much, they aren't moving around much to stretch Newcastle so our attacking play is struggling. Same as usual this season it looks like. If we moved our whole defensively line 5-10 yards forwards it would be a lot better.

I'm confident from what I've seen that we'll go on and win this game.

I dont think it was a penalty but its too harsh calling it a dive. I think it looks like theres some slight contact but Hernandez is playing for it and theres not enough to give a penalty. Thus ref was correct, no penalty and no booking. Hernandez's touch was too far anyway he lost control of the ball

I don't understand the reasoning behind those posts calling for Hernandez to be taken off, are these people going to play RVP for the full 90 minutes after having seen that first half?
