Norwich City vs. Manchester United

One of those defeats there was in 2005. We had tough couple of matches there. Doesn't mean every one has to be. Mind you, with the way we close out games, hold on tight...

Yeah it's not nice to see us constantly defend. But right now in our situation a win is a win.

Maybe statistically but when they play together look weaker. The Hull game is just one example of that.

One example out of plenty of other examples quite to the contrary. Their fantastic performances together against West Ham both this and last season being very good examples. They are fine together, have been many times. Hull was a strange anomaly that isn't the rule; they were fine for the remaining 80.

We seem to have given up on getting a second. All about our defending now.

Your agenda is to constantly defend his mediocre or invisible games calling them tidy for example. I was excited about Adan coming today because I think he is one of the best young prospects we've had in years and am always excited to see him play.

Kagawa is obviously a good player but I agree, sometimes we defend him on that fact alone. It is completely true he has all the ability in the world but goes very quite or even invisible when he plays. He doesn't influence a game like Adnan does. I'd rather see Adnan play any day of the week especially on the left.

I was answering his question as to why we cant push on and score a second. Maybe we're tired. Norwich being tired too doesn't make it an automatic goal for us.
So our fitness levels are a bit shit then in your opinion? We do have a far bigger squad than them.

Ash always looks like he's running downhill in a force ten gale.

Let's get it first. :nervous:

Sorry badly written. What I meant is as long as we win games I really don't care how. We can worry about our style when we have our best players back fit, and when we have gotten into a top 4 position. Win is the most important thing right now. GIven our start and everything that has happened in the last 7 months at this club, we would be being extremely spoilt to be nagging about performances right now. That's not me disagreeing with you. Just saying what my priority it is.

6-0 Hull now, our result there looks brilliant now.

Which also makes Norwich result against Fulham look particularly bad as well.

My "agenda" is objective assessment on a player's game. That game in particular, Kagawa had a tidy, decent game. Many agreed. You know what you're doing, it just gets a little boring. Sorry.

Don't put words into my mouth. Anybody can be tired playing two tough away games within the space of 48 hours, regardless of how fit they are. I'm not surprised that we sat back since scoring because we always do, but this time around fatigue may also be a factor.

Bigger squad means squared feck all if the reinforcement coming in are ineffective, like Giggs or Kagawa or Hernandez in this game.

Bloody hell 6?

Bit disappointed that Huddlestone finally gets to shave his afro now that he has scored, although fair play to him for sticking it out for so long.
