Im changing my scoreline prediction to 4-1.

Fulham to score first and put the cafe into meltdown, before a rousing Rooney and Mata inspired comeback.

No way we will get more than 2 goals at home.

If we manage to lose this, there's no hope for us, ever again.

Europa League, the ultimate kick in the teeth. I'd nearly rather get sixth.
I would. A season without European football can do wonders for the league. See Liverpool this year

The way I look at it, winning the Europa League is another means of acquiring Champions League the following season, because missing out on top four will only make it more difficult if you aren't in it.

Is it easier to win the Europa League or finish above Chelsea, Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal and potentially Spurs next season? For the sake of our pride and the financial ramifications, I hope we finish as high as possible either way.

It's really bad for our European coefficient though.

We should have enough points from the other years not to fall too far. I'm assuming a QF finish this year though

I doubt Cleverley or Welbeck will be starting......

Two gobshites endearing themselves further to the fans.

The lack of discipline this year has been startling....Between Rio and his antics, Smalling's house party and thinking he was a funny drunk and now these two....I do wonder if they even respect Moyes.....And that's not me trying to be critical of Moyes at all before anyone cuts in...These lads should have more cop on

The lack of discipline this year has gone out the window....Between Rio and his antics, Smalling's house party and thinking he was a funny drunk and now these two....I do wonder if they even respect Moyes.....And that's not me trying to be critical of Moyes at all before anyone cuts in...These lads should have more cop on
I get the impression some feel Moyes isn't up to it and that they can get away with substandard performances until he gets sacked. The reality is that they'll face the chop before Moyes will.

Sorry, I'm one of Welbeck's and Cleverley's biggest critics but are they not allowed to go out on a tuesday when our game is on sunday? Do they have to be robots that all they do is go to practice then go home and sleep at 10, wake up, go to practice, back home and do nothing at all in their free time? It really shouldn't matter what they do as long as they aren't going out getting drunk every day, showing up for practice late and hungover, etc.

Is it not club rules that they can't? And to be fair, isn't that what us ordinary(sorry, couldn't find a better word) people do on a daily basis? Work sleep, work sleep, etc etc

No idea if it is or isn't, but I'm assuming it'd be fine if they went to Newcastle to go out for a meal on a mates birthday (according to the guys twitter, he also said #earlybath which I'm assuming means something like early night). So really, they went out on a tuesday to Newcastle to go to dinner for a birthday and then left early. Hardly disrespecting the manager now is it?

I've been out in places when that Gaz chap has been about. The man does not do early. There will be a lot of booze involved...

Regardless, I don't particularly wanna debate...I'm playing Fifa :D

I think you're right with first sentence and I hope you're right with the second.

Yeah I have no idea who he is other then apparently being part of Geordie shore or something but I'm just saying, they didn't exactly do anything wrong if the guy himself put that they went out for a meal and had an early night. Trust me, I'd be the first (well one of the first) to get on Welbeck's back if he did something because I don't rate him all that highly but we're making something out of nothing here.

Early bath sounds to me like a 3 am bath rather than a 8 am bath to me :) So, not really an early night but rather a late one.

Wonder if VP might actually be rested, with Arsenal up in midweek.

Otherwise 2games in 4 days after missing about 6 weeks seems a bit ripe.
