Nothing wrong with crosses when you're in a decent position to do it, that's the difference between today and Fulham - although mixing it up a bit would obviously help

I like this modern game where a handball is seen as a bigger offence than an over the ball, studs up challenge.
Another challenge with studs on the shin, no cards given for that though.
Rooney offers no creativity in that no.10 role, I'd really want to see us try a three of Januzaj Kagawa and Mata behind RVP.
The crap being written in past threads about fellaini's mobility is being shown up for what it is, crap. Fellaini is getting around, sharp in his movements and quick passing
Poor challenge on Mata, got nowhere near the ball.
Rooney's been really poor so far.
His hand was nowhere near the ball though, so it is fine.
When it became our only form of attacking and when the crosses stopped being effective in any way. I don't think people would mind as much if we actually had success with them.
When we give the ball air into the box in front of huge defenders and we DON'T have strikers that are good in the air, i think; i may be wrong, though.
Will never happen, not with the contract Rooney's on.

When we seem to cross when there are better alternatives available. It also doesn't help when the majority of our crosses seem to be blind ones to no one in particular.
Rooney at #10 kills us.

Disappointed in Rooney and Carrick so far. Fellaini's passing has been miles better and with more urgency than either of them so far. Januzaj and Van Persie don't see enough of the ball.
Would you describe him as either quick or fast?
It's amazing how we can have Mata, Januzaj, Rooney and RVP on the pitch and still have no cutting edge.
All well and good trying to play it through the middle, but if you do it slowly like we are then their defenders will clean it up every time.
