Manchester United v Aston Villa

The amount of times the likes of Mata, RvP and Rooney produce a lovely bit of skill for our right winger only for Young or Valencia to just feck it up.

Young is the weak link. So out of place. God I can't help but dislike him.

Clark and Vlaar look sturdy enough in the Villa defence, getting a lot of important last ditched tackles and interceptions in so far.

Kagawa and Mata's understanding on the pitch is one if the few positives to salvage recently.

Ashley Young playing for Manchester United. Discuss.

Ashley Young is a truly terrible footballer. Head down, no intelligence, basically getting by playing the game through guesswork.

Didn't Stoke put 4 past Villa last weekend?

Mata and Kagawa have a great understanding. feck knows why the Scot doesn't use Kagawa more often

The same reason the caf have forever stated, Kagawa isn't great next to Rooney he needs a Mata style player next to him. Since Mata has come central he's mostly been picked alongside him.

The pattern continues game after game...

Lazy and slow and unimaginative play. Opposition scores. Suddenly we look like United for 15 minutes. Go back to slow and unimaginative play after a relatively short while. Rinse and repeat.

All these little shit passes... It's down to players wanting to play or not. Several of these players need a kick up the arse and some great players to make them look silly.
