**NOTE:PLEASE READ ALL RULES CAREFULLY AND USE THE NEW TEMPLATE PROVIDED***

After the success (and controversy) of the Top 50 Albums, Top 50 Television Shows and Top 50 Video Games of all time list, here is the 4th in the series of threads to find out what the caf rates as the best forms of entertainment of all time.
This thread will contain the submissions and discussion, feel free to discuss your choices but please post your submission clearly in its own post in the format below. Submissions are to be within the below set criteria, I will be moderating the thread through to the closing date and will PM anyone who's submitted list does not fit into the set criteria, asking them to amend it.

RULES OF SUBMISSION

- Submit a list of your top 20 (or any less if you feel there are not 20 worthy) Films ever.

- Take into account both your personal preferences in addition to what you consider the best in terms of quality when deciding on your top 20.

- Only lists posted in this thread will be counted.

- Films must be in a set order from 1 to 20. Each entry will score a set mark depending on their ranking. A posters number 1 will gain 15 points, number 2 will gain 14 points, and so on with numbers 15 to 20 all gaining a single point.

- Lists are to be submitted in the format shown in below. **NOTE: Please no longer number your entries. This makes it easier for me to gather up all results.*** The lists will be compiled and the scores totted up to compile a top 50.

- All films submitted must be single feature length films, not a series (eg - Godfather Trilogy, Star Wars are not valid, please specify a specific film).

- Submissions will be accepted up to midnight on Wednesday 14th May. Up to this time and date people are free to come back and edit their lists.

- Once again, USE THE FECKING TEMPLATE! ANY LIST'S NOT IN THE FORMAT OF THE TEMPLATE WILL NOT BE COUNTED. Thanks :)

True romance at 1? Get out of here!
Edit @Donut Sin City and 300 as 1 and 2? Get out of here!

I'm looking at movies just for the entertainment, not some artistic value.

I know my list will be seen as shit by most, but if I'm being honest with myself, those are the movies I love the most.

I thought that this will be piss easy, just to look on my imdb profile and copy paste the twenty highest ratd movies but now I see that I have 9 movies rated with 10 and 39 rated with 9, which means that I have to cut 28 of them from the final list. A very difficult job to do.

I wish I had voted for COD now.

All the CODs and Kotor 2.

Yeah it's good, but I feel that it's a bit style over substance, I certainly wouldn't consider it to be the best movie of all times.
From an artistic point of view it's brilliant IMO. I would say that it is easily the best comic movie ever.

The Matrix (1999) - 1 - 15 Points
The Godfather (1972) - 2 - 14 Points
The Lion King (1994) - 3 - 13 Points
V for Vendetta (2005) - 4 - 12 Points
Toy Story (1995) - 5 - 11 Points
Fight Club (1999) - 6 - 10 Points
Blood Diamond (2006) - 7 - 9 Points
Gladiator (2000) - 8 - 8 Points
Braveheart (1995) - 9 - 7 Points
Die Hard (1988) - 10 - 6 Points
Oldboy (2003) - 11 - 5 Points
The Prestige (2006) - 12 - 4 Points
12 Angry Men (1957) - 13 - 3 Points
The Usual Suspects (1995) - 14 - 2 Points
American History X (1998) - 15 - 1 Point
Resevoir Dogs (1992) - 16 - 1 Point

300 was a good movie imo.
I thought that it was terrible. Maybe because I was expecting more an epic movie instead of a ratarded bunch of psychopats who instead of fighting on formations fight in solo with hard rock music on background. Blah, I think I vomited around 3 times while I watched it. It is on my bottom 20 on my imdb list.

I love mindless action

@duffer please don't count the votes of anyone who votes 300. And don't count Twigg's votes on the next top 50. There should be a severe punishment for anyone who votes for 300.
