Getting into the Europa League is such a massive handicap to any team who actually wants to achieve anything that season. Look at what happened to Tottenham, Newcastle, Swansea and Wigan in the last few seasons.

Unless the plan is to exploit the space that Shaw leaves behind, in which case Januzaj must be fed quickly and when on the break. But it doesn't look like we're set out to play that way.
Another concern might be the lack of midfield protection for Ferdinand and Vidic. Hopefully we won't get exposed to pace.
On the bright side, I'm really looking forward to seeing both Mata and Kagawa in midfield. I think they'll thrive today, especially playing with three other attackers with great movements.
