It's ending now because I'm done with this thread. Said my bit. Feminism is a nonsense, men and woman have naturally different traits. A woman's most important role in life is being a good mother and raising healthy positive children. Not trying to act like a man and hating men, which is what the idea behind feminism is truly all about.

I agree that men and women are different, we have different psychological and biological traits, that should be embraced rather than shunned.

That said, youre chatting horse shit about a womans most important role is being a mother. Just like its horse shit that a mans most important role is "bringing home the bacon." Perhaps 100s of years ago that was the case, but not in the 21st century.

The most important thing a man and women can bring into this world is a life. Every other animal a female's most important role is raising good offspring. Why? Because that continues that species. That isn't an insult to women, that is more important role then a man even bringing home "the bacon" (money) whatever you want to call it.

You tell me. What's more important then a woman being a good mother? Are you telling me that if a woman has children then she should have higher priorities then her own flesh and blood?

You're right though, it's not the most important role now in the 21st century, because people are becoming too obsessed with themselves. That's why there's more divorces, more one parent families.

There are more divorces because women are able to go out and provide for themselves and they aren't locked into unhappy and/or abusive marriages.

The "traditional family life" you spoke of was mostly comfortable to men, the best of two worlds, outside and inside. Women didn't leave the house because of feminism, they left because they wanted to and feminism was the means to achieve that end.

You just come across as selfish.

And yet there was a study a few years ago where women were more depressed and unsatisfied with life now then they were over 30 years ago. When there was the more traditional role. And woman have to work now, they don't have a choice, so they still have no choice. Especially if you want a mortgage on a house. You could argue it unfair on the child that he/she don't get to spend as much time with their mother as they should. Get stuck in front of the TV with a sitter and grow up to be dysfunctional.

Luckily a lot of societies have reached the stage where women get to choose what is important to them, rather than be told by archaic ideas.

They don't get to choose. They have to work now, they can't spend time with their own children or if they do, it's only a minimal amount of time. So they still don't have a choice.
 
In Sparta men were forced to leave their families at 7 and fend for themselves in the wilderness to fight wolves and feck other men until they could prove they were masculine. I think we should revert back to this.

Or at the very least, the Royal Family should.
