I'm willing to believe we've agreed terms in principle with Vidal and that he'd be willing to join.

Mata for me is one of the best number 10's in the world, he can easily score you 15 to 20 goals a season, and he is still got years on the clock. His set pieces could be crucial for united this season, and having mata play off RVP does excite me, with janazaj and another top class wide player we could have a very strong midfield. Especially if its herrera vidal mata janazaj and another top class wide player, RVP is going to get allot of service. One problem with wanting this? where would rooney fit in, and that is a problem

However, many have been disappointed with the persistent pessimism of Man United fans.

Interesting thing in all this is that all the reliable Journo's from a Juventus point of view are saying Juve want to keep him, I guess Vidal will have to tell them he wants out.
Vidal has a Juventus tattoo on him. Would he want to join us? Who knows.

This Amoyal character seems to not warm to the idea of players leaving Juventus. Conte himself last year said the club might have to sell for commercial reasons. It's not a state secret that Juve and Serie A in general aren't in good financial circumstances currently. They wanted Sanchez but had to back out when other clubs started to move because they couldn't afford the deal.

A trusted source who is usually ITK about players' tattoos told me that these tattoos are replaceable and Vidal is not on holiday but is off to tattoo guy to change it.

Bit like supporting United in the 70s and 80s. Started off excited and by November reality hit home. That said, loved every minute of it.
First day LVG is at Carrington will reveal what he is about and where our vision is directed. I still fancy that we will have a marquee signing, though I am really happy with Herrera. I am sure he will be very direct and let everyone know what he wants.
I know we hear about Vidal, Hummels, Di Maria ...etc, but that is because they are very good and the type of players we should be interested in if we want to challenge. The fact they have not been formally discarded like Kroos and Sanchez makes me believe there is some truth in them. I would be more pi**ed off if we were targeting Lambert & LLanna level players. I also don't want to hear anymore about players like Zaha. We have an academy and we need to give them an opportunity.
Juve are not going to just admit he is for sale, it will reduce his value.

Whilst people are saying we should be going in for Pogba rather than Vidal, I think people forget that we have a lack of mid 20's midfielders entering their peaks. Mata has come in, and now we need someone like Vidal. In the past 2 or 3 seasons we have had young prospects and older past their peak midfielders. Mata came in and now hopefully we will get Vidal. Of course I wouldn't say no to Pogba, but I think right now we need to rebuild for the next 1-2 seasons rather than the next 5-10.
