We have no idea what's going on behind the scenes. For all we know we could have already done the deal and agreed to keep it quiet until Juventus spend the money on new players.

Van Gaal knows what he's doing. I have confidence that he'll have improved our midfield dramatically by the time the season starts, with or without Vidal.

But we will sign players, I'm 100% sure we'll sign at least 2 more players because we have clear gaps in the squad and Van Gaal is far too experienced not to address it. There is no need to panic.

Even if we don't, it won't be a "horrendous season" we are not being managed by David Moyes any longer. Van Gaal is a class act and will get us winning, that's what he does, he wins. Cleverley, Fellaini, Fletcher and Herrera will be fine for the start of the season. Our first genuine test comes on October 5th against Everton. I'm sure we'll have a few slip ups before that as it'll take time for the squad to gel to Van Gaals tactics. But there is no way we'll struggle as much as last season.

We may or may not end up signing Vidal, but this story sounds like so many on Sky Sports when a player comes out and says that "Manchester have been watching me". As of now, i don't recall signing any off those players who have come out spouting that line. Maybe Vidal is trying to draw up some interest as hard as it may seem.

People still put Cheshire in the address, as this was the postal county for Stockport long after it stopped being part of the actual county. But postal counties haven't officially been part of a postal address since the mid-90s, so there's not really any sense in which Stockport is in Cheshire.

He was pretty much spot on with the Rvp signing and was mocked by Arsenal fans but he was right.
 
I have a bad feeling he will end up at Real or Chelsea. More Real. And that's why we started denying interest.

I don't think he's a bullshitter. The only other transfer he called was RvP and that he called before media caught wind of it. Also there's nothing to suggest he's lying. Yes I know there's plenty bullshitters around but sometimes there might also be people with genuine connections at the club.

The deal was "confirmed" by wannabe ITK's every day much the the Evra to Juventus has been confirmed a dozen times now.
van Persie coming obviously wasn't that obvious, but there were plenty of people saying that was a done deal almost every day on twitter.

How can anyone call him a bullshitter when the window hasn't shut and we haven't been on tour, to see if what he claims is bollocks? If he gets it wrong then we ignore his tweets, simple as that. Pointless calling him a bullshitter at this stage.

Only difference is that it was the only other transfer deal he's called wrt United. His timeline on twitter doesn't strike me as a wannabe ITK

You rarely get some random nobody calling it first. Especially in this age of 1000s of sources all making random sh!T up.

But nobody called him an ITK. Where did you get that from? We're simply saying that he can't be called a bullshitter when he hasn't called a transfer wrong yet. That's all. We don't know if he actually has a genuine contact with solid info
