Last year he was unplayable, the season before that was unspectacular and the one before that he was great. To say he's twice the player Sanchez is is really silly, and not one person on this board would have said so before we signed Di Maria and Arsenal signed Alexis - it was basically 50/50 on here as to who was the better player before that.

I agree. I think they are both World Class, but Alexis is definitely more physical and for me personally, slightly edges it over Di Maria.
Having said that. I love Di Maria and think he is an incredible player.
