IIRC if they won their last few games by 7 goal margins or something they could have won the league on goal difference. Even some of the more sane ones seemed to think that was a genuine possibility and a better strategy than playing for 3 points and hoping City dropped points.
They had got a bit carried away at that stage...
And even then they'd have to hope City would've won theirs by a goal difference.

Im a city fan. It's in reply to you lot on here mentioning other clubs spending, acting like you have spent zero. You have spent just as much as anybody else but you tend to buy poor, lower class players. i.e why you've never won the prem. 24 years this season?.
You've spent another 100 mil this year yet have the cheek to complain about other clubs again. It's why this forum is laughed at all over the net on other clubs sites.

Henderson and Balotelli, no case can be made. Lallana not even close. Sturridge though, one more year of his excellent form, no reason he shouldn't be. And the Falcao argument is so ridiculous it shouldn't even be an argument.
Sterling is the player in their squad closest to being world class. How can they not see that?

My favourite changes on a weekly basis, but right now it's currently the guy in the red shirt with glasses on the front row.
Why does he see or realise in the moment when he opens his mouth and tilt his head to the side? It's almost a joyful look on his face. Certainly not the look of someone who's suddenly realised his side have bottled the title.
Maybe it's like one of those you have laugh or you'll cry deals, that or he's just snapped mentality and is about 4 seconds out from going on a killing rampage.

I've watched that gif so much in the last three/four months, collectively it would add up to about 10-15 minutes, no joke. It never stops getting funny. Different things to laugh at each time.

I hate sticking up for 'them' but they could make a case for Sturridge being better than Cavani ,Rooney and RVP on current form.

The only one I questioned was Rooney to be honest. Cavani as a central striker is better than Sturridge in my opinion.

To be fair every time i see Cavani he doesn't look up to much, maybe i just catch him on his bad days. RVP on his day is the better player no doubt but he isn't looking good at the moment and he could lose his place permanently with Falcao coming in.

Cavani isnt shite, he's being massively underrated now. He is being played out of position since his arrival, but even though he has been good for PSG, scoring 0.53 goals per game.
Don't rate him, I just dont think he is a good striker.
When ever I have seen him play he seems very busy, but couldnt finish a good meal.
Scored 104 in 138 matches at Napoli, in the Serie A (not a high goalscoring competition until last season), not a good striker? 27 in 47 as a right winger in the Ligue 1 (also very lowscoring competition).
I know his stats, trotting them out isn't going to change what I think of him.
