Even under Stuart Pearce our average attendance was higher than Chelsea's and was the third highest in the Premier League, in spite of the woeful football on display where we broke the record for scoring the least amount of goals at home in one season. You seem desperate to paint City as some huge plastic club to detract from the accusations against your own club. Personally, I'll happily defend both City and Chelsea against the accusation of being plastic clubs but suit yourself.

What's the point in playing a striker like Kolbeinn if you don't use him properly. Ajax should be making a lot more crosses. Every single player in that Barca team is worse than Kolbeinn in the box. Too much faffing around. Unlucky though that the ref didn't do his job correctly.
Probably cos fans or media will analyse it, try to work out what hes saying and blow it up and make something out of nothing lol.
Playing a three man midfield with Toure pushed forward seems so obvious. Wonder why Pellegrini never tries it? Dzeko and Jovetic haven't done enough to be undroppable by any means.

For what it's worth, Gary Neville doesn't seem to rate Aguero as a lone striker so maybe that's City persist with 2 up top.

The line-up is shocking though. How many injuries do they have? Neustädter as centerback, Höger and Aogo in central midfield? Obasi should never start a game and Fuchs is probably the worst left back in the Bundesliga. They really shouldn't get a result with that team in the CL.
For the most part Roma have defended well, keeping good defensive shape vs Bayern and have conceded very little chances, but they have offered nothing in attack as Bayern are smothering them by keeping possession in Roma's half and pressing their defenders and every time they try to start a counter Bayern stop it by fouling high up the pitch to which the referee does nothing about. Roma were caught out just once with their defenders high up the pitch and Bayern took full advantage by quickly releasing the ball out wide resulting in an unchallenged cross along the ground from Alaba to which Ribery scored from giving Bayern a deserved lead.
But to play two strikers against top clubs is his fault. You can't do that. Especially because Toure is poor this season.
