Will be interesting to see Can in midfield after he has played more in the defence in the last months
Had a feeling Toure and Lovren would be in the backline. Can't say I'm not more than a little worried but they need games to build up confidence.
Not sure Can will have the same energy and impact as Henderson. Seems like we're set up to score at least one goal so if they start pressing our 'weaknesses' we'll go up the other end and get away goals. Can't imagine this game will be boring.

Lovren annoys me. 20m+, signed to be first choice and designated leader in defence. Now barely even 4th choice. Has good attributes, lovely skill levels, yet he's panicky as feck.

I think he has a good attributes for a defender too but his head isnt in a right place. Its always a fear with him he will do sthing stupid during a game.
There are big billboards of him, he advertieses and is a model for a big mall here. He should concetrate more on his football I think.
Where did you get this from ? Strange to see the team 24 hrs early (I know there is Bib-theory but that's not always correct).
Lovren will be up against Tore again, who put in a decent shift at Anfield but didn't do so well against Lovren / Moreno. Did better when he switched to the left, up against Johnson (who is out for this game anyway of course).
