He's not going to Barca, this is a guy who has been out of football for 18 months, he's finally come back and has started playing regularly. Well Barca have a bit of a vacuum in his position and their transfer ban surely must limit their options, so maybe Dortmund can/could leverage that. Interest from other clubs might also be a factor.
