Europa League 2015/2016

Dortmunds B-team gamble paying great dividends. Kinda serves Tuchel right.

Watching Liverpool match tonight is just perfect. If Liverpool wins it is good for our english coefficient, if Liverpool lose we will see another meltdown

Sion so close... i really can't understand how Liverpool managed to bought so many average players in such a short time...

To be fair Dortmund looked pretty good until the goal. They were in complete control of the game and created some chances.

Efe Ambrose is just utterly atrocious.

I've got no idea how he's managed to maintain a place in a football team of any kind.

the equaliser was hilarious. Everyone's jostling for position and he was standing there in a world of his own thinking about the meaning of life.

Really? After the last 25 years? It's their transfer policy.

Just saw the Liverpool score. If I were them I would give more importance to Europa league. Winning that may be the only way to get to CL for them

What a fecking dodgy goal for us

We also deserved some luck after the last week, though...

When two average sides meet it usually ends with a draw so nothing surprising there...

This coefficient stuff is tiring. So what if it gets cut to 3...we should manage it and if we don't then tough shit

As much I'm inclined to take the logical opinion that the league should really have 4 spots just to ensure we get in, only having three could be kinda fun, admittedly. It'd open things up a lot: Arsenal's 4th placed finishes would no longer be good enough, for example: they'd have to consistently finish in 3rd.

It wouldn't really impact the league strength that much, it would still have loads of money from TV and sponsorship deals and be far ahead of other leagues in terms of revenue.

Subotic is a desaster waiting to happen. With Bender probably being the biggest positive of the game, he might even lose his status as 3rd CB.

Nani, RvP, and Tyler Blackett all involved in one game.

If it get's cut down to 3...the top 4 will have to improve to ensure champions league status. It's a good thing for the league. Right now its very stagnant as Liverpool and Spurs are shite

Are Liverpool fielding a second strong crowd as well. Where's their famous atmosphere?

Arsenal right now are content with 4th place which is under zero threat with how shit Spurs and Liverpool are. If it was cut down to 3 and they are competing with United, City and Chelsea they will surely spend some of that 200m they have built up.

The fact that they would be forced to strengthen would surely encourage the other 3 to spend money and secure their places.

Before injury he wasnt world class or anything like that but after injury think there is no coming back for him.

I always thought he was underrated during Dortmund's strong seasons before his injury, mostly because he was playing in Hummel's shadow. But since then... blimey, it's not looking good.
