From what I could see, Huth was climbing on him and had his hand on his head, the pull on the hair seemed to start around the same time that Fellaini was gearing up to elbow him.

For instance I remember an incident with Martial in a CL playoff for Monaco where he got completely destroyed inside the box and in front of the ref, he didn't have a "long" appeal but the pen should have been given.
Rojo started tripping Mahrez before any other could happen. It could easily have been given.

Rediculous, the hair tug was first and the elbow was the reaction. Ask the person beside you to come up behind you in an hour and pull the hair on the back of you're head and upper neck really hard. Post back you're reaction for us.
