Goes it so.

Arsenal
I feel like this deserves its own thread. Potentially, could be one of the biggest games in the history of the Premier League, and perhaps English football.

I'd love a draw at the very last minute, with Hazard solo dribbling past the entire Spurs team and slotting past Lloris.

I expect Chelsea to win 2-1. Hopefully they were serious when they said that they wanted to stop Spurs.

Good thread. I would like more threads like this for the big games so they are not in the mega threads like the four CL semi finals for example.

Chelsea to get a draw. Leicester champions.

There will be a big incentive for Arsenal to beat City of Spurs lose today so from a strictly United POV I'm hoping for a Chelsea win.

I hope Spurs win. Would be nice for Leicester to win it in front of their own fans.
This is what I'd like too. This is potentially one of the greatest sporting stories of all time, it would be nice if the Leicester players celebrated their win on the pitch instead of at home in front of a TV.

It would be nice for us to see but I doubt they care about that. They just want to be champions as soon as possible, the pressure will be off from that point on. It could become a very nervy affair against Everton next week if they're still not champions whereas they could be playing their best football without any pressure if they're already champions, plus the reception they'd get from their home fans would be incredible, likewise the atmosphere throughout the whole game.

Don't think the players would be at home either, they're probably gathered somewhere to watch the game. You don't want to become champions all by yourself in your home next to your wife...

I don't think Spurs will beat Chelsea tonight.

I think tonight's game will end up being a bit naff. West Ham v United will be where its at provided City drop points against Arsenal and West Ham and us beat Swansea and Norwich.

Sadly I feel this will be a bit of an anti-climax. THe Chelsea fans really want a result but we're shite and Spurs will be again be fighting like beavers.

What? Why?

Because Leicester could win the title tonight.
Big game for Leicester alright. But they're winning the title anyway. Fort the "biggest game in PL history" you'd think two title rivals were playing in a decider or something.

Could be Spurs first ever premier league win at Stamford Bridge.
 Better reason

its definitely one of the biggest games in the history of the PL

to go from nearly relegated to premier champions without spending obscene amounts of money is an incredible story
It would be a great story. But they're not even playing in the game itself ffs. And they're going to win the league anyway. They just need 2 points even if Spurs win. It's not actually that important a game.

I see that almost all of the Leicester City online forums have gone to a blue colour scheme in what must be a nod to Chelsea.

It actually could be very important. Everyone seems to be kind of assuming that Everton will lie down to Leicester, but the pressure on the Foxes is going to be immense to get themselves across the finishing line. Although they've held their nerve brilliantly until now there's really no telling how they will respond if it comes down to the final 2 games. A draw at Everton and another win for Spurs and Leicester have to come to Stamford Bridge for the last game knowing they have to get something out of the game to be sure. That kind of pressure could break anyone's rhythm in a single game.

ah yeah from that angle I see what you mean, but its a game that could be the defining moment

off course LCFC could still do it themselves in the next game

Nice try, love how you're trying to build it up into a Chelsea stopped Spurs rather than Leicester winning it scenario.

We are playing for 2 things, top 3 and to finish above Arsenal. You should focus on your battle to catch Stoke for 9th.

Remind me, what colour do Leicester play in?

This is pretty much going to be an anti-climax. A dull boring 0-0 or 1-1 draw imo. The only interesting bit of PL football to be had is to see if City will miss out on Top 4 and ofcourse if Newcastle can escape from the clutches of Damnation and do a Leicester and win the Premier league next year.

Their title win will be all Leicesters. This will just be the cherry on top.

...really?

Yes, because somebody thinks their fan forums are in blue because Chelsea play in that colour.

So I was just wondering what colour Leicester play in, because surely it can't be blue for themselves.
