The Spurs thread

oh Glaston, I can't wait to hear your spin on the best season in ages yet still behind the mighty Arsenal.

 For sure. Trends will be trends. He will probably just focus on United though.

I should have known that this team is completely spineless after the way they collapsed and behaved against Chelsea but this is just too funny. I hope Kane takes good note and leaves this summer.

If he signs an extension, he's a bit of a daft one.

Levy holds these players to ransom. The best thing to do is what Sol did.. lead them on a bit and get out! Honestly, not every club will pay 100m EUR for you like Madrid did with Bale.

What an embarrassing result. As much as I liked it, he league is really terrible when it comes to "top teams".

Players should be fined with monthly wages for this alone.

5-1  10 men

Bottle and a half. Season has gone to pits ever since the Chelsea match. This Spurs team lacks the experience of handling pressure.

Their forum in meltdown apparently. Can't get in

Got less points then AVB did.

Don't know why everyone thinks this team will be challenging for the title next season.

I'm pretty sure if Spurs finished above Arsenal the earth would open up, lava would shoot out the ground and the horseman of the apocalypse would be upon us.

Pathetic bottling club. Always said it, always will say it. Doesn't matter who's in charge.

I actually quite like them too

Will they turn on Kane? Didnt watch the game today, but in their last game, he was just taking shots from everywhere trying to go for the golden boot..
Spurs had a great chance to wrap it up but he really didnt care.

Not sure what's funnier. Arsenal only finishing 2nd despite finishing ahead of all the big teams or Spurs bottling second place

But... but... I thought them acting like a bunch of pathetic children at Stamford Bridge was proof of bottle?! or some other nonsense.

Reading back, it's quite funny to see how scarily accurate some of my posts on Spurs were. Without meaning to come across as some faux Nostradamus.

They have the hardest schedule remaining. They are going to struggle with the pressure and they have been riding their luck for a while now. It'll come crashing down for Spurs as always. As your greatest manager of all time simply said, "It's Spurs".

They won't finish ahead of us, don't worry. I know United fans probably never really had to care or read about Spurs (because they are highly irrelevant) but every year for a decade they have piped up about how they are now better than Arsenal and will finish above us yada yada yada and every year the same thing happens - they finish behind Arsenal. In the coming games, the natural order will be restored and once again they will finish behind us.
