Atletico having a lot of possession but don't look like scoring. Real look comfortable enough to sit back and defend. Zidane has them well organized.

I generally find watching Real depressing, seeing how many millions of miles away from us they are. The talent they have on the bench even.
 
All the talk about Spanish players...the only British player on the pitch has been the worst in terms of general shithousery so far.

Its because they are getting too much possession and from the 4 games against barca and bayern he was used to break up play, now that he has time its showing there is not much more to his game than the defensive abilities, if they keep getting this much possession they have to move Koke in the middle with carrasco out wide.
 
Unusually good defensive organisation by Real. They did it against City and now do it again against Atletico.

Bale has been good. Got an assist, could have had another for Casimero, also one the free kick which lead to the goal and the Casimero shot.

Definitely quite telling that Felipe Luis - good as he may be - seems to be their main and only outlet so far. Really uninspiring from Atletico.

Ronaldo doesn't look fit. You barely notice him out there.

Atletico might need to get Carrasco on.
 
Atletico look as inventive as Van Gaal's United, and Real Madrid are happy to sit back, protecting their lead and only threaten on the counter.

Hopefully it'll open up a bit in the second half, and Atletico will score a couple of goals.
 
Atletico's strength is suppose to be defending and set pieces, but today they are looking very poor in both departments by their standards. Real is playing very well, their defense is holding out really well very impressive. In the second half Simone has to change tactics or give a miracle speech to rally his team, because Real are looking really comfortable, even though the score is only 1-0.

Now they are going to win The Champions
