Aye, I'll do mine later. Probably haven't even seen 20 shows though haha. Can we get everyones top 10-20 to see what's the most recommended shows are?
It's been a while since I've watched an anime so recommend a few things Aksh.Non slice of life - Haibane Renmei, Spice & Wolf, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, Stein's Gate, Dennou Coil, Kino's Journey, Evangelion, Monster, Seirei no Moribito, Mushishi, Moshidora
Slice of life - Too many to mention![]()

Anything except Mecha works I guess.Mm well I mostly watch slice of life and usually nobody else likes that. It depends what kind of genre you're looking for. Drama? Mecha? Sci-fi?
Stein's Gate and Dennou Coil are good sci-fi. Stein's Gate is about time-travel and is more plot focused while Dennou Coil is a little looser and slower paced. Monster is a psychological thriller. It's a bit long (70-ish episodes) but a very gripping plot.Anything except Mecha works I guess.
Thank Aksh, already seen Monster, Stein's Gate, and Spice and Wolf and loved them so you seem to know what you're talking about.Stein's Gate and Dennou Coil are good sci-fi. Seirei no Moribito is fantasy drama, as is Spice & Wolf to some extent. Both shows are probably more character driven than plot driven, compared to the above.
Tokyo Magnitude and Kino's Journey are for if you like depressing stuff.
In a non-specific order (put numbers just to keep track):Can we get everyones top 10-20 to see what's the most recommended shows are?
Ooh, these too:
Barakamon
Great Teacher Onizuka
Non Non Biyori
Tsuritama
Uchuu Kyoudai
I recommend Mirai Nikki if you haven't watched it yet and you liked Elfen Lied's story, imo it has the same feel with much better execution and story.Ended up watching Elfen Lied (the story was very enjoyable, though i'm not a fan of the extreme nudity), Monster (somehow didn't like it very much, think it's more down to the art-work and pacing), Cowboy bebop (seems like the most overrated thing ever, not done though but at as of episode 8 or so i'm just forcing myself through the bore-fest because of it's high recommendations) & One Punch Man (surprisingly good).
Glad you're enjoying One Punch Man, I bet loads of people won't watch it because of the title but it's surprisingly good as yous ay.Ended up watching Elfen Lied (the story was very enjoyable, though i'm not a fan of the extreme nudity), Monster (somehow didn't like it very much, think it's more down to the art-work and pacing), Cowboy bebop (seems like the most overrated thing ever, not done though but at as of episode 8 or so i'm just forcing myself through the bore-fest because of it's high recommendations) & One Punch Man (surprisingly good).

Usagi is on my to-watch list. I'll check out Barakamon. I liked Natsume Yuujinchou too although the sequel seasons tend to meander and not really get anywhere. From the ones that Invictus posted, I would recommend Barakamon (one of the best comedies I've ever watched) and Usagi Drop (heart-warming).
Damn... did Chrollo just kill Hisoka in a completely one-sided fight?
Probably January 2017, as things stand:What month is Attack on Titan Season 2?
When is Hunter X Hunter 2011 Anime returning?
What month is Attack on Titan Season 2?
Despite it's obvious brilliances I thought it had a few flaws. My memory of it has faded though so I could use a rewatch at some point.Rn7, Monster's a top 5 anime bruh.

Dunno about Hiatus x Hiatus anime...
Yep, that was positively soul-destroying. Kariya had the potential to be a class antagonist (even though he was non-Canon), but the pacing ruined it. Ditto for:*After watching the Bounty Arc in Bleach, it put me off watching filler on all anime. The arc was sublimely charmless.

Rescue Sasuke to Shippuden/ Reboot/ Rescue Kazekage Arcs.
Naruto was glorious up until that point. The only bits I really liked in Shippuden were:
Itachi vs Sasuke
Pain's intro leading upto Jiraiya vs Pain
Shikamaru vs Hidan
Pain's assault up until Hinata's death and Naruto talk no jutsu
The Fourth Shinobi War was a major letdown, IMO.

but given it was the first anime I ever watched, I tend to be overly generous with my view on it. Those were definitely some great moments, especially the I vs S. I is comfortably one of my fave anime characters.
Ah, crap. That was supposed to be at 5, ahead of Cowboy Bebop and Baccano! Love the anime, as well as the OVA (mostly Trust and Betrayal). You've never seen Rurouni Kenshin? @Invictus
