Juventus with a C1 final 2 years ago is not able to keep Paul Pogba, for an EPL team, which is certainly the most successful English team ever and one of the most in the world, but which failed miserably in the last 3 years to be relevant, and does not even have the C1 for next year. Because they managed to structurally have one of the most powerful financial incomes ever achieved by a football club thanks to their History... Not with oil money, not with Russian money, or government help, but solely with their success on the field they translated into financial instruments and derivatives. That doesn't fit well with their pride. So yes, it's better to see Real snatch him, even at a lower price.
To be honest, it's a disgrace they have such a thought process. United has always been respectful of Juventus, one of the most successful Italian side. Showing such disrespect to a club which has as much, if not much more History in it by talking about the lack of C1 for this year is a disgrace. Madrid stance seems reasonable to me . In the best scenario we would have to pay 100 to Juventus considering that they accept a reduction for the willingness or insistence of the player + 20 to Raiola + 15meuros net, around 30m euros per year. In a 5 year contract it would be a total investment of 270m euros for a midfielder.
I'd rather use that money to buy players that we really need , pay renewals(I think that Kroos wife will adapt to Madrid as soon as he gets a better contract) or at least to get some more attacking players instead starting a fight for the sake of it. However It is also true that Madrid fans have demanded for years a coach with authority to get what he wants , so we should trust Zidane in this one.
From what I 've read Pogba has called Zidane twice to ensure his willingness to play in Madrid , and is said that during these weeks the club had no activity since José Ángel Sánchez was about to leave the club to go to work in Gestifute with Mendes (El Confidencial). Finally he will continue another year , so presumably they´ll now begin to move in the market.

I think the economic offer and the possibility of being the visible head of the project can be an important incentive for Pogba and I also imagine that Mourinho can be very persuasive however I think that his past in the club could be negative for your options.

He's already earning around €250k a week, he isn't going to move unless we offer a significant increase on that.

Wait so Madrid will give them 60m euros plus two players. If one of the players is Moratta who they want 60m/70m euros for, then that already adds up to a minimum of 120m euros + another player. Even if that player was say Jesse, who Real would value at around 30m euros, that would be a 150m euro transfer. Seems legit.
