Who is the English guy? He states at 5.12 mins. that "Chelsea have the money, and are in the Champions League", and basically suggests that Conte is a better manager than Mourinho, so Pogba clearly would have moved to Chelsea if the Italian fancied him as a player.
All of which is wrong on so many levels, but I wasn't aware, to focus on just one inconsistency, that Chelsea had qualified for the 2016-17 Champions League?

With respect do you guys think that players are like items on a shelf in the supermarket where we can say oh Pogba is too expensive let's just hop of Atletico and buy Griezmann for half the price? If it worked that way don't you think Woodward would have done that already? Its clear in this instance that a lot of ground work has been done to get the player and the agent's buy-in which is why he is the only one we are apparently targeting. One could argue that we could spread the money and buy three players but we've already done that over the last three summers and spent an equivalent amount on Herrera, Fellaini and Schneiderlin which didn't do much for us. If he comes in and elevates our team I would say he'd be worth his weight in gold.

When you see these reporters/agents/news outlets playing on both sides you know everyone is just talking out of their rear and trying to lure fans into a trap. Random bullshit about seeing a house in manchester, followed by more random bullshit about player's mother saying something to reporters and then player telling his friends about what he will do, Di Marzio saying agreement with Paul but Juve doesn't want to sell and Pogba wont ask to leave, Ballague saying huge offer tabled but Pogba wants Madrid and Raiola too talking in vague terms when, for Mkhitaryan, he was so darn clear that he will go to United. Everyone is writing but at the same time making sure people do not point at them when transfer doesn't really happen by putting in these terms and conditions. So basically no one knows anything and are just trying to be in news by dishing out these stories. It is all so similar to Ronaldo, Ramos, Thiago sagas etc and I have no clue why only a few can see this.

What proof do you have that this is a transfer that won't happen? Bearing in mind that if we're in for a midfielder say - and if the Euros wasn't a reason for any potential delay - what's taking so long? We've been linked to Matuidi and Pogba (also briefly that monoco fullback) . We were linked to that young mexican that's been denied. Why would it take so long if the person we wanted wasn't involved in the later stages of the Euros? There's been no mention of other bids. Nothing. We know theirs a fourth player...

Not feeling any sort of anxiety, disappointment, etc of the Vidal, Thiago, or Ramos (less so) sagas, I'm seemingly just not bothered about us signing Pogba, so if we are going to drop a world record transfer fee on someone then let it be someone who is worthy, he imho is not.

.I'm beginning to lose it. Why do people have this insane opinion that paying a world record fee for someone only has to do with their footballing skills at this current moment? Like "omg don't spend 100M, use it elsewhere!!!!". The club wouldn't offer this type of money for a player if he wasn't going to add the value back into the club. Stop judging everything just by fees. When you go after the cream of the crop players across the world, you have to pay extra for their value off the pitch.
