He'll be able to clarify it but he said something along the lines of Benatia is rumoured to be a loan with the commitment to buy at the end, which happens to coincide with the same arrangement Bayern have with Juve already for Coman. So Benatia's fee is already offset as they're almost the same price. Already sold Morata back to Madrid which has boosted the coffers and they're obviously not going to be signing all of the linked Matic, Gabigol, Cuadrado etc.
We don't, but Juve have been completely quiet about this for a few weeks now, and we aren't gonna say anything about it. Then you have a very non committal answer from Pogba. If it was off, someone could have easily said something definitive and ruled it out. Clearly there's something going on, and it will be resolved between the clubs.
Anyway know if Pogba has any other restaurant dinners or public functions planned for the rest of his holiday?! This reminds me of Vidal's holiday around Chile, when we'd get a new quote from him every other night.
My personal feeling is that this is very much on. There are very few clubs who would say no to £100m, and I don't think Juve are one of them. Add to that Juve seemingly being heavily linked with several players all of a sudden...put it this way, if this was all happening between any other 2 clubs, everyone would be certain there's a transfer about to happen. I'm fairly certain this will happen but the only thing that'll stop it is failed negotitations between the clubs.
Marotta said on July 1st that Juventus won't sell Pogba. He has said multiple times prior to then that Pogba is categorically not for sale.

I was in the Newbies but the thought of it makes me laugh.They've bought Lemina, Benatia and Pjanic, which will most likely be -20m EUR net(that's including the Morata sale). They usually spend 20-30m net in the last 5-6 years. Last year was a bit of a one off and they went on spending north of 50m net but that was due to Pirlo, Vidal and Tevez all leaving in the same Summer - 3 key players.
I think they can get a decent amount from Isla who is also on loan to Marseille and they have option to buy this year.
So far they are well within budget.
At the end of the clip I've seen, pointing at the juve shirt he says,

The window is still open another 45 days. We need to relax. Juventus will want to do everything it can to keep their man but eventually they will relent. Too much money involved.
Jose did specify that he was not going to be dragging things on until the last moments before the window closes. If this happens, it will happen soon IMO.

I don't imagine Pogba's got that much affinity to Juventus that he'd turn down a life changing sum of money like what we're offering.
On top of that, Madrid aside, there's probably not a better club to build your personal brand with, which I'd imagine would appeal to someone like Pogba.

Yeah but Di Marzio didn't offer an opinion. So you have two extremes. Di Mazio said we'd agreed with his agent and we assume pogba.....That's 2/3's if the final factor is getting Juventus to accept. Thats 66%. So we have a contradiction here and that other guys 30% is ignoring what Di Mazio said and going by what he thinks. Anyone can come up with a percentage.
Pogba will only move if the offer is accepted. The issue is Juve seemingly won't accept unless Pogba pushes for a move (this is what I gather from the credible reports anyway). The latter isn't happening it seems.
That's a huge deal (more than 33.33% worth). Juventus are in a financially sound position, spending within their means and if they keep Pogba might well have a good crack at the Champions League this campaign. Their first XI is pretty incredible (just a major attacker short). Taking all this into account, they don't have to accept a bid for Pogba this year at least.
Yeah, I'm not too fussed if he comes or not at this point. I'd say it's more likely that he's staying at Juve, and who can blame him? they've brought in some very good players and are in the market for more, have a decent shot at reaching the latter stages of the CL and are pretty much guaranteed the Serie A.
If he prefers to wait and see how we progress under Jose, then that's fine. We can use some of that £100m on a long-term right-sided wing option &/or a Carrick/Schweinsteiger replacement this summer and move for him next season, when hopefully we'll have got CL qualification at the very least and a trophy from the 4 that we'll be competing for.
I don't think Real will be in for him either, as we have no idea if Zizou will even be there, and we can see from Marca, AS et al what Florentino thinks of him. Plus that midfield is on another level as is, with both Modric and Kroos being better than Pogba, for at least the next 2 or so seasons...

More patience is needed. A few days of no news doesn't automatically signal his intention to stay or that we've given up. The last significant news was we've agreed terms and we're negotiating with Juventus. When there's more news it'll be posted by Di Marzio. Until then there's no need for any doom and gloom.

It depends what you mean by pushing for a move. If that means going on strike and handing in a transfer request, yeah he probably won't. If he tells Juve he'd quite like to move please, then would Juve turn down 100m because he hasn't said it loudly or forcefully enough?
There are very few clubs who would turn down 100m for a player who isn't even established as a top level player try and arguably isn't even their most important player.
Did Moratta at one point say he wouldn't entertain offers below 125m euros or was that a fake quote? We're pretty much meeting that figure.
We will try and hold onto him for as long as possible because to replace a player like Pogba without overpaying is almost impossible.
No midfielder has a ceiling talent wise as much as Pogba so it wouldn't make sense to get rid of him if he is happy to stay.
Same with Bonucci to City. €60 million is a lot of money but replacing world class players is not easy so it's just best to hang onto them.
