I think we're in the final stages of negotiating the fee and Juventus are using the media to pressure us. Saying that Real Madrid are making a last push to sign Pogba or the transfer fee that Juventus will accept. Real have been out of the running for a while. You have their unofficial spokesman Ballague doing the media spin/damage control. There's also Marca with the same info. You know when journalists were chasing Mourinho as he tried to get in to a car, and he fobbed them off with generic answers because he didn't want to talk? Many quotes you hear from CEO's and the like will be similar sorts of situations. It's just bellends with a microphone pestering people to try and get exclusives to post on twitter. I'm not convinced it's as close to being done as people think. It reminds me of Sneijder and Vidal debacles where we were reported to have agreed a deal for them numerous times and it came to nothing.

From what I can gather, this deal is almost done, we're just to meet Juventus's valuation and Real's name was used to make us cough up.
