Do you want Pogba for £100 million?

It's laughable. They are really hoping RM sign him, so pathetic.

There's some weird EPL bias over there. Like Morata potentially moving to Arsenal or Chelsea, and they'd much rather have him back in Madrid  it's like they're completely fine getting cucked by RM

There definitely is a problem. Raiola's comments, and Mourinho's mention of other targets and that other clubs are interested in Pogba. I reckon the problem is that United are being asked to pay Raiola's cut in addition to the fee and not as part of it.

That is the only thing holding up this deal. Raiola's cut. It'll be resolved soon.

I highly doubt we lose a player because of that.

I'm the friend who gets a lift most days but in the past used to miss out on the lift all the time, and I haven't forgotten. Di Marzio used to spew shit all the time. The problem is I don't have a clear example as I can't remember, but I remember one time him getting slated about talking bullshit. Think it was about Ozil to United. He is worth listening to but isn't gospel.

But people keep saying - Transfers are not black and white. Just cos a player ends up in team X instead of Y, doesn't mean he was never in Team Y's plans.

Its not just Di Marzio reporting this, nearly every single journalist in 3 different countries are saying the same thing. There isn't a single credible reporter that is saying Madrid are still in it...

Well if Madrid get him then I'm afraid it's our own fault for dithering with Raiola's 20% could have wrapped it up before Gomes to Barca was finalised.

There's not a chance this deal won't happen when the only thing is a bit of money for an agent left to deal with. Maybe if Fergie was still here, but this is a different era.

That's exactly what they are mate. Filthy Spanish loving cuckolds.

It's happening isn't it... I am getting very serious deja vu from the other failed sagas.

It's always about now that things start to unravel.

To be fair I'd be pretty gutted if my star player moved to a club playing Europa League as opposed to either of the two best teams in the world at the minute. I know what you mean but I guess they consider his move to us a huge step down.

I guess there is a point in that, but if I were them and someone is tapping up a player from my team, I'd get mad regardless if it's the Spanish giants, an oil club or a historically big club that's going through one of its worst periods like United. I just don't understand how they'd just bow down to Madrid.

Madrid have gone from 14/1 to 7/1 on Skybet (for Pogba to join Madrid) in the past half hour. There must be a flurry of bets on.

Other targets have been mentioned for weeks.

Exactly. If we're willing to pay 100 million for Pogba and give him a triple wage increase. How likely is it that an agent's fee will deter us from the signing?

Extremely slim. People need to be patient.

It's cause their league is a joke and no-one watches it. They don't want their star players moving to a league that already overshadows theirs massively. :D

So anyway, that photo Griezmann uploaded...was that genuine? And did he delete it afterwards?

I think the muppets on this forum just enjoy being hysterical and the drama of a transfer.

Plus, up until this summer, they hung on Ballague's every word.
So true. Such a melodramatic/defeatist attitude in here.

90 million euros for Higauin is excessive . You would be hard pressed to find much Juve fans that are willing to pay that much for him. They are trying to win CL and i just dont think he would be the answer to that problem

Fair enough. I know a Gonzalo hater when I see one. Good day, sir.

I think thats to be expected. When Mourinho says something like "I wouldn't be surprised if we don't sign him" and Real is at 14/1, there is going to be a whole ton of people who will place a cheeky £10 bet on Madrid

Of course it's shortened, look at the panic in here. Some of these guys have gone and placed money on him to Madrid so the odds have dropped.

What are the chances that Raiola tweets a pic of himself having brekkie in Turin tomorrow morning and making a lie of all this flying to Miami stuff? Another weird addition to this tale?

And by the way, I thought caf knowledge said that Pogba was due back in Europe tomorrow?

Yea I don't fully understand it myself as I personally can't stand Madrid. You would think after coming to terms with the fact he is moving that the reality of it is they stand to make about a £90m profit which could daily be reinvested to equal if not better Pogba's influence on the team.

Yep, I've got the exact same feeling. But hopefully it's going to be done.

I always laugh when people look at the betting world for an indication of a transfer. Do they think SkyBet is here to give money away?

Aren't Juve the ones to pay Raiola's 20% cut? Why are people pointing fingers at Woodward? We've done all we can right now.

Please Ed don't feck this up over 10m and make me change my mind about you again.

If we really wanted him we would pay Raiola.

TBF Gonzalo is a top player but he is notorious for choking in big games. You'd think a team with aspirations for the CL would be wary of that though?

His record at every level is a goal every 2 games though.

If he has the odd stinker against in a big game, he more than makes up for that by hitting the target in the other games.

Plus, he's shown that he can perform in Italy.

People who keep citing the Gomes transfer to Barcelona that Real Madrid will now be interested in Pogba should read that Marca reported that James wants to stay. Therefore they dropped their interest.
