And AS specifically mentioned that Dr. Check that Doc's twitter BIO.

Director Endovascular #Neurosurgery Baptist #Hospital. Professor, #Florida International #University Miami, FL. Operatore endovascolare e Ricercatore.

USA

Now check AS article:

:lol::lol::lol:
To be fair--not that AS deserves fairness by any means--the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute is part of Baptist Hospital (or more accurately, Baptist Health Systems, as they're a big organization in South Florida with several hospitals, clinics, etc.).

Obviously they had a really bad source or picked his name out of a hat, as it's confirmed bullshit. But they were correct when it came to the hospital he works at (even their mention of Jackson Memorial Hospital, which is not part of Baptist, is likely correct, as that is a teaching hospital that is affiliated with Florida International University where he is a professor according to his bio).

I want Pogba due to his physicality. He'll take the PL by storm much like Yaya Toure.

With Higuain done I expect this to go through in the next 48 hours.

The fact they are confirmed it's United and involved and not Real should put people's minds at rest.

It's stopped for now because we need Pogba to come off holiday, that's all.

As long as Real don't sell any big players we're fine, but that's a lot of suspense in the mean time.

By the way, anyone remember yesterday or the day before, someone in this thread was saying that they were grossed out by the veins in Pogba's legs in those pictures of him playing basketball? Then AS runs a story about a vascular specialist that was supposed to do a medical. Is AS getting story ideas from this thread?

That's what Pogba is.

Personally, I think we lack someone to replace Carrick. A player that can pull the strings from a bit deeper. I think Pogba is too high risk a player to take on that role (and his movement isn't clever enough) but he's as creative as they come.

Long term yes, but I think Carrick has another season in him. Especially with energy in front of him.

Or they made it up and just stole info from his Bio not thinking muppets would investigate?

Everything has stopped? Thats reassuring isn't it?
If we're refusing to pay the agents fee, and Juventus are refusing to pay too, then i think it's safe to say that chances are, unless one side cracks, this transfer isn't going to happen.

Otherwise it could be Juventus posturing for a while, what for now Higuain is signed though is unknown.

The correct translation is "We will see, at the moment everything stopped."

Pogba al Manchester United? Vedremo, al momento tutto fermo"

He may be referring to the fact that neither us nor Juve want to compromise on Raiola's fee.

Why would we want to carry passengers? Carrick would be a liability next to a player like Pogba.
Ina midfield two? Probably. He is at his best sitting in front of the back four with two midfielders doing the leg work.

Does he say though...

"We'll see, everything has stopped" or "We'll see WHEN everything has stopped"

Depending on what the actual translation is, it could mean two completely different things.

This thread must hold the record for the amount of times people have used the word 'posturing' in one thread.

I know everyone seems to feel this will be resolved shortly, but I can see it going on for a while yet unfortunately.

I personally don't think we're going to mould Pogba into Carrick's successor. I have a niggling suspicion we're going to sign a Matuidi type anyway and maybe pair him with Schneiderlin in the anchor.

I still think Pogba's long term future is in a more advanced role, or at the very least the most advanced of a midfield 3.

Cant post the link but ESPN (Miguel Delaney) saying its now at a stand off. Highlights:

Juve want 120m plus Utd pay agent fee
Total deal would be 145m (Juve + Agent fee)
Utd expect to make considerable money from Pogba's image rights, therefore, additional 20m not prohibitive
Utd reluctant to pay it and want to negotiate
Pogba happy to join Utd but would rather Madrid and has not ruled that out

It's going to be a very interesting 48 hours.
Why is it going to be an interesting 48 hours? How do you know that it's not going to be 72 or 96 hours until something happens? Not aimed at you specifically, I just think it's strange how many posters in here are just claiming one thing after another without actually knowing anything.
