So you are just speculating? Gee the world needed your speculation...

So you are just speculating? Gee the world needed your speculation...
This is ridiculous. Who the feck is trolling your brains folks?
Look at it from United and Raiola's perspective.
We have a deal with the player and his agent. This could be Raiola's third client who signs for us, he will probably receive a huge bonus if he manage to secure all three players coming to us. Why would he jeopardize this by playing us and secretly hold talks behind our back with Real Madrid? Doesn't make sense. Secondly. He stil have his other two clients Zlatan and Mhkitaryan playing for us. Talk about conflict of interest. Even if he's greedy he's not stupid.
Paul Pogba will probably get one of the best deals in the world. A salary that not even Real can match. His agreement with United is done long time ago. You don't just brake such a agreement in the last minutes. It doesn't work like that. It's not only the fee that Madrid have to negotiate, it's salary and agent fee. Simple, isn't it.
At this stage it's only a miracle who can stop us from getting Pogba. Whatever you think or read, Juventus needs to sell, all other options is bullshit. Read about cash flow if you're nervous. United will never let this slip away, no way. It's prestige, goodwill and reputation. It would be crazy to back off at this time.
And finally. Paul Pogba. Don't you think he would start to make noises if he wanted to go to Real Madrid. The deal is just hours away and the boy is calm as a cucumber. So am I.
Do you know something we don't?
Precisely. Pogba has already shown his love for MUFC when he left four years ago.
You dismiss the likes of DiMarzio and other reputable sources and promotes your own crazy idea as a more 'feasible' option. That is indeed craziness and paranoia.Devil's advocate: You're basing all that on the assumption that we have a deal with the player though. The truth is we don't know if we do. Dimarzio (and his minions) is the only reputable journalist pushing this, and he's known to mess up every now and then.
The risk of Real swooping in and fecking it up is real, it's not craziness or paranoia.
You are living on a different planet.Precisely. Pogba has already shown his love for MUFC when he left four years ago.
There are a few other reliable Italian journalist who have not connections with Di marzio claiming the same though.Devil's advocate: You're basing all that on the assumption that we have a deal with the player though. Oh boy...think you should take a rest,if you cant read or you dont understand what a wrote, dont come out full swinging, you just look silly.
If Real start showing real intent, I reckon Woody will pay whatever. I have a feeling he has made it a personal mission getting one over them, what with him making counter random bids when they wanted DDG.
Very true. Leaving a club where you were behind Rafa to pursue first team football on similar wages. Not to add the reports that claim that he changed his mind but Juve didn't want to backtrack. Really shows his love for us.
Juve will be the first to grab our money off the table and seal the deal.
Real won't pay anything close to what we're offering, and sure as hell won't pay any part of Raiola's fees.
For the first time in weeks, I am less confident that we will get him. Maybe something has changed for Real and they have decided to match our bid but the noises coming out of Spain are not nice.
I don't care that much about if the deal falls through (pretty used to us missing out on big targets) but I just hope Woody and Mourinho know what they are doing and that they have a proper back up player in case this deal falls through.

Will everyone stop going on about the news from reliable outlet la stampa, saying that the deal is done.. We're ignoring that and panicking because Zidane has said that Pogba is good at football.
That would probably make a lot of people here feel better, such is the frailty of the general mood! Lol.Mods - does the La Stampa update warrant a thread title change?
More like it shows that we as a club in his eyes were not worth of his patience, never mind chance to play under one of best managers ever. If he signed a new contract with us,i believe SAF would see that as huge positive and he would get a lot more of first team games.

Better to look silly on net then real lifeSay it again in English. The idea that I look silly and others don't is pretty stupid. I've been consistant with everything I've said. I've not changed my mind every 5 seconds. If you have something to contribute, say it but don't make personal attacks. It's childish and really petty. If people misunderstand, try again to express your point and maybe i'll agree. Simple as that.
But is he left-footed?And a FARRRR better manager then Jose
I question your love for the club, "Raphael"?I'm so tired of the Raphael excuse. Why didn't he stay and fight for his place? What a Prima Donna at aged 19. Yeah a fullback was played ahead of him? So what? A player with real character would rise to the challenge of the manager. Instead Pogba walked away. Seems to me there is nothing but excuses for Pogba. Same crap with the euros, 'oh but poor Paul was played out of position'. When does he step up to the plate? At the same age Roy Keane was able to dominate in CD, CM and even CF for Forest, so we rightly signed him. This guy Pogba is nothing but a list of excuses for when he underperforms yet we break the world record for him? Give me a break.
The noises from Spain are the same, zz has said the same last week and before the Euro's which is basically anything can happen without saying anything at all. Marca have been saying that RM don't want him and laughing at the numbers, AS have been sniping like bitter teenage girls with proven fiction stories that work there way to other shitty papers like the sun.For the first time in weeks, I am less confident that we will get him. Maybe something has changed for Real and they have decided to match our bid but the noises coming out of Spain are not nice.

This. As I said before, if Real were genuinely in this, we'd have signed him before now by outbidding Madrid.Juve will be the first to grab our money off the table and seal the deal.
Real won't pay anything close to what we're offering, and sure as hell won't pay any part of Raiola's fees.
Neither is craziness or paranoia. Claiming either is makes you sound foolish though. You dismiss the likes of DiMarzio and other reputable sources and promotes your own crazy idea as a more 'feasible' option. That is indeed craziness and paranoia.

There's not a shred of evidence to suggest Pogba doesn't want to join us. It's all in your paranoid head.I'm living in the real world. Not in FIFA 16. Genuine desire to want to play for a club counts for a lot. Look at all the most successful big money moves recently. Bale openly wanted to join Madrid, it was his dream. Suarez and Neymar were the same with Barça. There is not one shred of evidence that Pogba respects United. Let alone has a desire to return and lead our midfield. That's the reality.

can anyone actually post the actual link from La Stampa? I can't find it. Don't worry I will translate it
