Do you want Pogba for £100 million?

The problem is there arent many midfielders "available" who can just walk into our side and improve us instantly. Thats why Pobga was such a prized commodity this summer.

Don't disagree but we won't have this dragging on - the season is a few weeks away.

If what Max Nerozzi and Mediaset Premium reported is true, we should hear more about the transfer later today.

Pogba is rather good at football and it is entering to watch him kicking a ball around a field.

Something I feel that hasn't been discussed in at least 200 pages

You do know Raoila isnt the problem right? Its Juventus.

The problem is the Football transfer market. In no other industry do employers barter their workers in this way ( I say problem but I love the spectacle).

Do you think if things do work out with Pogba, we might just give Perreira a chance and spend time strengthening our defense?

No. The manager carefully chose the words "profile" when talking about targets. He will have another in mind and I don't think it will be long before we start to hear more on that. Expect a Duncan Castles piece this weekend.

What are the odds that Pogba could win the Balon d'Or in the next 5 years, given the competition?

He doesn't score many but the ones he does score are usually amazing long distance bangers

Have nearly seen every game from him since he joined Juventus - I've always "loved" to him playing since his early days with us.

It would be so great to see him back in the United shirt and see one our midfielders being able to score such Scholsy like goals again. We've been lacking this quality for quite a while now.

Tonight will be a huge night on here.

Not to sound like Pinky and the Brain, but it will be the same thing as every other night.....the same nonsense reports with every positive tweet regarded as a top source and every negative piece of news regarded as horseshit.

That's because genuinely there hasn't been any "negative" news yet. Everything has been fabricated or lies.

If we truly get bad news from some of the italian journalists then fair enough, but everything has been "slowly getting towards the deal, final touches needed"

Can't see how anyone would blame the agent on this one. He's contractually obliged to €20m, there isn't a person on earth who'd just say "nah don't worry about that, I care more about this guy's who's already earning millions whatever happens". That said if it doesn't go through he's pretty much completed a deal and not got anything for it anyway.

That said, if Juve never accepted a £100m offer and have always been holding out for the £120m to cover it then it's not really their fault either, covering your expendature with your profits is basic business. But of course we don't really have any idea what's been said or agreed by either party, so it's kinda pointless speculation whatever we say.

What final touches? You just hand the briefcase with the 100mil and that's it. Should've been done weeks ago.

Just a coincedence all top three players we will be getting had raiola as agents then?

It's not a coincidence. We arr one of the wealthiest clubs in the world, none of the similarly rich ones was seemingly in for Mkhitaryan and Ibrahimovic and even if they were, we offered sums that would hardly be trumped by anybody. Raiola would be stupid not to use our interest and force the players into our direction as his fee will obviously be very high.

In short: we're a great cash cow for Raiola.

This article by Fabrizio Romano is hilarious.
It says Juve wants to put options which let them take money from us when
1)we win league or champions league in the next 5 year
2)we win games(not so sure about my translation)
3)pogba renews with us

and they basically want 120m euro plus raiola fee 20m

What's hilarious about it? Sounds pretty standard to me. Martial's huge deal had a few of those conditions in.

I've just noticed that Blind and Fosu-Mensah have started following him on Instagram. This could be a sign lads

Because it's extra on top of the fee. Martials fee is made up of these clauses. Imagine Martial cost 70m then the clauses kicked in, that's what this would be.

Come on. Are you serious? Surely you've heard about how complex these contracts are? It's not about scanning a barcode, then paying a fixed fee. There will be loads of back and forth on dozens of different clauses on contractual details between the two clubs, the player and his agent. Everything from timing of the installments of the transfee fee, to image right, performance-related bonuses, agents fees etc etc. And that's all after the two clubs have agreed on a fee!

So the fact that all three players had railo as their agents meant nothing for us? We just chose the best players and they happened to have the same agent?
