I don't agree with this list. I would only have Modric, Busquets, and Veratti as definites. It's arguable after that and I don't think Kante, Fernandinho, and Marchisio are better. It's a joke that you listed Cazorla and Fernandinho. Even Fabregas after last season.

Busquets (and Kante) is a holding defender who passes the ball to the central/attacking MFs.... Pogba isn't the same, he's more advanced on the field.

I think the fee is meant to be around £100m not £120m. Central midfield is an area we really need to improve and one of the best players in that position is available this summer. As you say there's a lack of talent there and when you consider factors such as his current ability, age, potential and marketability value for a club which makes a lot of money from sponsorships then it should make it more clear why we are prepared to spend that kind of money. Also you should try to understand that although £100m might seem like a crazy number for you and most other opposition fans but United are projected to make around £500m for next season. Most of our fans are pleased to see that we are using our money to improve the team as best we can instead of just stashing it in a bank like Arsenal do.
