But if the deal gets done he'll be right.
At this moment in time he's not. If the deal goes through even I'll be right because I predicted it would.

So there you go Di Marzio muppets, as I thought another BS itk journalists. He should be treated the same like all the other transfer journalist rabble.
So this bullshit itk journalist knew 3 of the 4 players we were signing.

This is a horrible, horrible campaign. Playing with the emotions of fans of two of the biggest clubs in the world, honestly don't know who the feck came up with this stupid idea and I'd be really interested to know how they spin it so as not to ultimately end up disrespecting either club, irrespective of the final outcome of this God forsaken saga.

:wenger: Some sensitive old souls in here.

TMZ (horrible website) going full muppet whilst stalking him in LA "congrats on the contract"

 "walk of a champion" "what's the first thing you're gonna buy?" "Are you the new Ronaldo?"

Don't like those Raiola quotes, I want to ignore them but he is his agent, we know he is full of BS, but surely not all the time, what to make of all this, my head will explode !

So Pogba's definitely coming to United. Someone please now close this thread...it's served its purpose! Fecks sake!

Wait, the Raiola tweet basically confirms it will happen, only a question of when.

If anything Raiola was careless as he let it known something will be announced by either the UK or Italian media.

I mean any smart joe anywhere not looking to desperately find something to be pessimistic about could tell that he(unintentionally or not?) let it known that the deal is done and the media are fighting as to who is gonna announce it first.

I think most are trolling, not sure
No they genuinely believe the first thing Raiola wrote(no deal done), instead of simply being smart enough and realize that Raiola has(unintentionally or not) let it sleep that the deal is actually already done and the media are just fighting on who'll announces it first.

That TMZ video was one of the most cringe-worthy things I've ever seen.
"Is France strong?"

Clubs and agent will usually deny a deal is done until the transfer is confirmed.
Raiola also has form saying a deal is t done only for it to be announced days later.
Can't believe people are falling for it again.

 "walk of a champion" "what's the first thing you're gonna buy?" "Are you the new Ronaldo?"

What an idiot, obviously knows nothing about football, "Are you the new Ronaldo" obviously he's a midfielder. "What is the first thing you're going to buy" he's already on 100K+ P/W any idiot with a phone these days.

I'm not disputing the willingness of Pogba to come or that we're in talks.
All I'm saying is that I don't think a deal is done at all, despite it being repeatedly claimed that all parties have agreed a deal..
It's never done until pen is put to paper, which we all know still hasn't happened since Pogba is still in the US.

Yeah that agent tweet actually means something. Firstly that something is happening and secondly that most of the shite posted on twitter or by the papers is exactlly that. One person copying something they hear from another.

What on earth are you on about. This is one of the few guys who actually does seem to report what is happening.

Rather than everyone else who zips between on, off, not sure day by day

What are you trying to imply?

No chance son. We're getting 1,000 pages on this one for sure.
The club won't want it to hijack either Ibra's debut tomorrow, or Rooney's testimonial.

Probably Thursday job. Plenty for another 180pages

Holy shit I come back to hundreds of people taking Raiola's bullshit at its word :wenger:

This is actually bizarro world in here

Exactly, they're focusing on the deal not done part. No deal is DONE until all paperwork is signed, medical passed, and documents submitted/accepted by the appropriate governing bodies. Saying that it's not done, does not mean that an agreement hasn't been reached, and does not conflict with the numerous reports that it's just minor details and paperwork that's remaining.

A few days before Zlatan declared for United, Raiola said this:

"Does it have to be United that Zlatan goes to? Will the whole of Sweden not sleep if it does not happen?" Raiola told Swedish newspaper Expressen.

"We have yet to decide, it'll be a surprise in the end. Everyone talks about United, which is why I don't talk to journalists a lot.

"There are clubs in England and Europe, some outside of Europe, but everyone thinks he must go to Manchester United. It's not true."

Why do you assume that the decision was made by Zlatan to come to United already when Raiola said this? Just because Zlatan ended up at United doesn't mean that he was not looking for other options. In the end, Zlatan thought, United was the best deal and he ended up at United.

Just because a journalist is based out of Italy, anything he says becomes gospel. "Oh but he is one of the most reputed you know". There is no shred of evidence that a deal has been done. BBC not even saying that a deal is being discussed. But of course, they might not have good sources with in the Italian club. They also would not have any good sources within United since Manchester is not in the UK.

Who knows, a deal might be on the cards, but it looks like everyone is being taken for a ride by a tweeting journalist and that tweet is being copied by others ,rehashed / re tweeted and this makes it look like things are happening.

Oh shut your trap you miserable sod.

Might be on the cards? So what you're still doubtful this is going to happen?

What's the first thing you're going to buy?

As if we've just plucked him from poverty and obscurity..... Wait he did come from Juve and Serie A so TMZ have a point...

Not really. Considering it comes to this juve/pogba/raiola or even us would have doused off the wholr thing if there wasnt an ounce of trutj in it.

There's nothing about rumors and allegedly wanting a player, but when there's numbers quoted and specific contracts details being mentioned it's definitely not a simplr 1+2=5.

If nothing happens as in no deals or no offer it'll be an emperor new clothes on a biblical proportion

That adidas advert is all the evidence you need ffs, as well as the 4 most reliable journos in Italy confirming its done.

While that's all true, this is exactly why Woody is going all-in on signing him. There are maybe 5 football players in the world that would have American paparazzi hounding them to that extent outside of a club, especially in LA/Hollywood. Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar, Pogba, and that's about it. Maybe you could argue one or two others. He's just scratching the surface of his marketing pull. Wait until his brand merges with the Manchester United brand. It's all absurd, but that's a big part of modern football, especially the United model.
