He's trolling the media, who keep racing to print "done deal" and "he's having a medical in LA right now", constantly jumping the gun to get there first (hence Raiola's tweet). Simple fact is the deal is most likely ALMOST done (crossing i's and dotting t's), and his medical will be next week once his scheduled holiday break is over. Ipso facto.
