Well he plays for Torino and has scored quite a few goals for a mid table team. According to stats 25 goals in 29 games in the league. Hes pacy, hard to knock off the balland quite a good header of the ball as well. I have only viewed him on youtube, and a couple of matches on TV, and like you didnt know a lot about him until a couple of months ago, but been keeping an eye on him since.
He'd be a good buy as well, but I somehow doubt we would go after him and Griezmann.
I was thinking more along the lines of the attack we had in 08/09 with Rooney/Ronaldo/Tevez floating about. I think we have the makings of a top midfield which if we got a top DM would be the best in the league so a clinical finisher like Griezmann would complete the team.

Agreed. Assuming Rashford and Martial step it up yet another notch as they continue to develop - adding Griezmann would be immense. Along with the likes of Mkhi and Mata, we would be in business.
We could then buy a top midfielder in the Vidal or Nainggolan category to complement the attack and defense.
Ditto that, the team building job is almost complete. Those two signings (goal getter and midfield enforcer) plus a top CB are the only additions that are necessary. The fullback positions look like they have enough depth especially with the way Young has stepped up to the plate in recent weeks.
I watched a few more games of him, and he is pretty similar to Diego Costa in the way he is playing, without the madness. He is still more on the theatric side of players however, maybe he could lose that in the PL.
I'd prefer if we would play with Griezmann and without a target man next season. But if it has to be a "true number 9", and looking at the mad prices that swirl around for Lukaku and Kane, he'd be the next best choice if you wouldn't have to spend mad money for him. Given the prices the Torino president is throwing around however, that is doubtful.

Thanks. Hes only 23 as well sorry forgot to add that. All I can say if he can score that many goals in the equivalent of a Stoke over there, then maybe he may be the real deal. On the other hand I thought Depay was as wel, and look how that turned out.
Hmm i prefer Griezman simply cuz he would rip up the league here compared to Belotti who might take a year to settle.
Griezmann is definitely on another level.
Can well be possible that he needs a year, or even more. With Italians you never know. Half of them get homesick and psychological problems when mum doesn't cook their supper.
