David Moyes | West Ham in talks with him for managerial job

That's just it though it you are not a United fan (and I say this not having a go or starting an argument), in a totally unique and likely to never happen again situation having the Sunderland fans do Man Citys celebration to rub our noses in it was the icing on the cake on what was a nightmare few minutes. Still makes my blood boil even thinking of it. Really was one of those in the moment kind of things.

Similar to Figo signing for Madrid incensed Barcelona fans to everyone else it was great drama/viewing etc. (I cant think of any other Barcelona controversies off the top of my head). Id like to think I wouldn't have thrown a pigs head on the pitch if I was a Barcelona fan at the time but cant say that in the moment I definitely wouldn't have.

Something like those situations would obviously affect fans of that club directly while if you weren't there at the time its hard to say how you would react. (not you personally just in general).

Anyway like I said not having a go and if you can say it wouldn't have bothered you in the same scenario if it was you substitute City for Madrid/Espanol and Sunderland for Villareal/Deportivo or whoever then fair play.

I'd be annoyed for a day or two but after that, i'd move on, get over it and get on with life.

Fair enough.

Ill harbour my grudge and delight in seeing them disappear from top level football. Am I right in saying they only need to lose in order to be officially relegated or does Hulls result impact it today as well?

I believe if Hull better Sunderland's result, the black cats are down.

They picked up four new injuries on Wednesday and have the shortest gap between games compared to any other team.

There's a EDL march in Sunderland today and there the Stadium of Light is empty. I guess priorities and all that.

If they are relegated, is that Moyes sacked ?

They don't have the dough to sack the scruffy cnut.

Probably what he secretly hopes for though since it would mean another payout for being shite at his job, plus he fancies himself a CL level manager and probably thinks the Championship is beneath him.

I'd laugh so hard if he stays on as their manager next season and gets them relegated to League one.

I'd laugh so hard if he stays on for the duration of his contract and gets them relegated to the National League.

Relegated
Bye bye sweet prince, you won't be fecking missed.

Wonder what the odds are of him being there next season?
If he was to be sacked, the board would have sacked him sooner. Seems their board trusts him to bring them back up as well and bring some sort of stability thereafter

I don't wanna close my eyes
I don't wanna fall asleep
'cos I'd miss you, Moyesy
And I don't wanna miss a thing

Singing that to myself right now. I absolutely love this. He still won't quit without a seven figure payoff.

You don't see shit like that happening to Big Sam. Good managers find a way to make it work, especially if they have a full season, but that's the thing, Moyes isn't a good manager, he's fecking shite.

Just seen him at the end there, immediately disappeared straight down the tunnel. Coward.

Time for a thread edit now he's taken Sunderland down

Anyone see him go straight down the tunnel as soon as the whistle went? What a fecking coward this man is. Horrible twat.

Needs time to come up with his excuses

Don't worry. He's probably getting more presents for his journo friends after those Easter eggs went down a treat. They'd probably blame Sunderland and not Moyes.

Hope he gets the job of another shite team to lead them to championship ,too.

Which team do you want to see Moyes relegating them most after Sunderland ?
