No it wasn't. It was even close to the line. The replay they just showed makes it obvious that there was a good foot or so between the incident and the line.

Sagna and Zab's legs have gone and despite the fact he's a City hero and one of my all time faves Zabs was never great on the ball. A squad that cost half a billion pounds should not have to rely on Jesus Navas or Fernandinho to play right back. I think we'll spend alot on fullbacks in the off season.
