They don't necessarily need the money and they're not going to get a better player to replace him. I'd be asking for more than £50m if I was them and if Everton are stupid enough to pay it then so be it.

Spurs have been one of the clubs linked with signing him (again). Personally, don't think there's a great deal of difference between him and Alli. Reckon he could also get a similar amount of goals playing 10 for them.
He's not our most talented player.

Letting go of a forward when we're already painfully short on attacking options wouldn't be good business.

He used to be. Raoul had an amnesty for several banned journalists including Tancredi. Logic being that despite De Brun's rants he does have a radio show which has United related content now and again.
It is very strange. Some seem to take it very personally and talk about him as if he's indykaila.
He has already interviewed Lukaku as one of the first in the media. It was ESPN and him (his radio show) who got the first interviews. It airs later today. So he has connections in the club. He is a bit hot and cold, but has a lot more credibility than many other in the media.

Could it be Griezmann wanted out but his advisor said stay or vice versa, hence the split?
He is obviously not happy with something.
Raiola should get him to stick a transfer request in.
Maybe we have an outside chance, maybe we told him now or never, and if not James.
Firing his agent in anticipation of a move is really shady imo.
Get Antoine and Ousmane signed up with Raiola, quick 
and bring both to Old Trafford next summer to complete our attack.

Nah, at the end of the day he would still have a buyout clause, it is nothing to do with his agent if he says yes to us, we would just activate it.
I thought it was vice versa. His advisor left and said "The recent positioning of Griezmann’s image and future is no longer in harmony with our vision as a partnership". So I took that as, his advisor wanted him to come to United, but Griezmann said no to the move after the transfer ban and so the advisor quit.
