Supercopa de Espana | Real Madrid / Barcelona

Barca look so ordinary. They really need to sign some players quickly.

It doesn't help his case the board aren't getting the players he has been asking for and instead sign the likes of Paulinho.

And you have to wonder, even if Paulinho plays at his peak, what does he offer to improve the team we're watching right now?

Alba is such a nothing player these days. I am not sure he would make any difference even on our left back position.

OMFG Lucas Vázquez!!!!

How did that not go in?!

As a life long disliker of Barcelona this is lovely to watch.

That 5-0 Barca win in 2010-11 a faded memory.

Madrid is quite lucky because Paulinho can't play today.

:D

Dortmund and Liverpool need to stay strong and take them to the cleaners. Barcelona is just another top 10 European side right now, and one major Messi injury away from being irrelevant.

Madrid have been clearly superior both legs thus far. Madrid have such good depth and are now bringing those youth players through, Barcelona on the other hand have very little depth, lost Neymar and they put Deulofeu in there first leg and I guess Andre Gomez is the replacement this leg and they're obviously not as slick in the final third.

It is a tough year for Valverde to come in with Madrid clearly the dominant Spanish team, it's been a few years since a Barcelona manager came to the team without them being top dogs.

Barcelona have got to make it a bit more interesting here otherwise I'll be nodding off sharpish.

How much is Andre Gomes release clause? We should give him the money to trigger it so he can become a free agent and go fec some other place

Barca needs to change shape. The players are looking for lines and angles that aren't there, cos they're so used to 433. Valverde has messed up here. Madrid should be a couple of goals to the good.

Gonna be sick when Asensio signs for Stoke on loan (with an option to buy) in 2021.

Benzema with a tidy finish. Real are so good!

And another one, Jesus.

It's scary to think this Real Madrid squad under Zidane is better than Barca without Ronaldo or Bale
