I think he's more likely to win things at Chelsea than Liverpool.
I've also seen the Ox as a hard worker, I think Conte wants a a hard worker in the midfield, he'll probably rotate him in with Willian.
Klopp also likes his players work hard, but i think Ox would struggle to get a game ahead of Mane and Salah. Actually i never considered AFCON.
What was the final fee? 150M€ like reported before?

If he went to Chelsea he would end up as a wing back and he doesn't want to play there. At Liverpool he would get more chance playing his favored role in CM and cover for Mane and Salah. Think he would do well at Liverpool
I thought he'd gone to Palace permanently for some reason. Would be a good buy for any of those relegation fighting teams. Brighton need a striker.

Feel sorry for Lemar if rumours are correct and Mbappe & Fabinho are both off as well - as talented as any of them and yet the only one left behind, gotta be a bit pissed off if he ends up staying in a side that's been completely gutted.
