Even if we are not interested we should place a bid simply to hike up the price.
Imagine the state of Arsenal Mania....... obliterated by Liverpool, and then one of their supposed top-targets acquired by same club

Liverpool's system is pretty fluid. And the player is talented enough to play in various positions. With Salah , Mane, Firmino and Lemar they'll be fantastic in attack even if Coutinho leaves. And being a good ball carrier he'll also help them retain the ball and control games.
Their defence is weak but I can see them challenging if they keep adding quality in attacking positions which sadly they've repeatedly done the last 3-4 years.

Yeah I didn't understand that either. Is that common practice for a player signing a year later?Have medical today and sign him next year. Makes great sense that!
huh? they already announced DembeleI guess Barcelona is waiting for Liverpool and probably Dortmund to find Coutinhos and Dembeles replacements before announcing both.

As opposed to paying the £80m+ that RB are demanding now? It makes senseHave medical today and sign him next year. Makes great sense that!
Oh yes forgot about that. Minds still gearing up this morning it seems. Lol!huh? they already announced Dembele
Ah yes I vaguely remember reading about it yesterday. Not one of those big transfers so just didnt really care. Lol!Dortmund have announced Yarmolenko today.

I hope they do get him and Evans. Wouldn't mind loaning them Pereira either if Mahrez bolts.
Genuinely baffling that he's going to commit to Liverpool when he could potentially have the pick of top clubs next summer. Bad move and he'll regret it.
In what sense will he regret it? As much as I hate to say it, Liverpool certainly are going in the right direction. They made top 4 last season, and imo could mount a title charge. I know you'll respond by saying they'll never challenge with unless they sort of that defence ect, but I just have a feeling that they will do some damage this year.Genuinely baffling that he's going to commit to Liverpool when he could potentially have the pick of top clubs next summer. It appears he just went for the safety net of a big move. He could have waited and if he did well, there'll be plenty of clubs who'd be willing as much if not more money given his 48m clause. In what sense will he regret it?
