World Cup 2018 Qualifiers

Dark times for Netherlands. Shame for them that their team came just inches away from winning 2010 and 2014 World Cups because they will not get back to those stages for a while.
Would be strange not to see them at the World Cup...

Janssen is a good centre forward. He should have left Spurs in search of regular football.

That was at least a half chance for Robben

Good work from Blind:drool:

What's your opinion of Vilhena, mate?
Good player, but won't fullfill the world class future some gave him when he debuted at Feyenoord at 17.

Could play a role for a midtable team in England, but not more than that I think.

Also, his hair is ridiculous.

Yeah, I had high hopes for him. He can have a similar impact to Wijnaldum in The PL if he makes the right move one day.

That Netherlands line-up is painfully average.

That's exactly what I thought, management woes aside you can tell why they're struggling. It's also the first time I've not known a single Bulgarian in one of your line-ups.

That was great work by Blind for the goal. People need to rethink their opinions of him, saying things like he's awful going forward or never gets forward is simply false.

This just goes to show that Holland is t that bad, but we just cant adapt to playing a superior team since we still somehow think we can out possession teams like France. We're a bunch of flat track bullies

Yeah, that's to be expected. The current crop of players isn't good enough.

Probably the biggest name in that team is Ivelin Popov and he plays in Russia.
