Should be H2H imo given the variance of goals some of the bottom teams in the groups leak in. Spain beat Liechtenstein 16-0 but Italy beat them 9-0. I think the 3-0 and 1-1 results between Spain and Italy should weigh more here.

Loving the way this Spain team is shaping up under Lopetgui. Potentially the most exciting team since Aragones' Spain since for the most part he's picking the most deserving players. Unbeaten so far, going to qualify on top over a powerhouse in Italy, unbeaten in tough away friendlies like Belgium, England, France and growing in confidence. Bags of winners in the squad too nice balance of youthful players dying to make their mark on the international scene.

Looking at the game it was close, maybe be a draw would be fair. But looking at the quality of the players, our toothless attack and these whole qualifiers we deserved this.
Just change the manager while you have time. When you see the fixtures and the fact that goal difference is a decisive, win against Finland and draw against Ukraine would probably be enough.
