That 22 man brawl towards the end of the game warranted at least 8 red cards split between both teams. Shocking incident.
FFS West Ham. Useless. They played 25 minutes with an extra man and did nothing apart from that one goal. They have no nous - everything is either a) try to get it out wide and whip in a cross for Hernandez or Carroll, or b) lump it straight up to Carroll and hope someone gets the nod on.
The problem with those tactics are a) their wingers weren't good enough at getting past their man and getting the cross in, and b) Carroll's ability to win the first ball and nod it on to a dangerous position is overrated. He didn't win enough headers in the first place, and normally when he did it was a Tottenham player it went to.

Superb is a bit of a stretch if you ask me but he done well. Certainly offers more than Son anyway.

Disagree. For me the incident in question was the equivilent of the infamous fight scene from Anchorman, tridents and all. Almost had to switch over at one point such was the level of violence on show.

Yes, I thought my post made that clear. Noble gets away with committing ten fouls every game, then Aurier gets booked for committing three fouls. Herrera gets sent off for fouling Hazard after Jones has been let off with five fouls before that. For some reason, Diego Costa seems to be the exception to that.
I'm not suggesting that all referees are racists, I'm just saying that there's an element of tending to treat foreign players harsher. Whether that is because they can communicate with the English players and warn them verbally, foreign players treating the referee with more contempt or what it is, I don't know, but IMO there is something in it.

Davinson Sanchez in the middle of a back 3 is really good to be honest. He's doing fine so far.
