gonna be a big boost when he is back and ready to play..strong character and top professional,.

Definitely need strong characters like Zlatan in amongst the lads. Been there done it, good experience. There to pick the team up at times when heads could go.

Great to see him back.

Too late for that this season, I'm afraid.

Will be nice to have him back in the squad though. He's such a personality.

That's the cowardly mentality that got Moyes sacked.
Fans' opinions have absolutely no impact on our chances of winning the title, unlike Moyes' state of mind.

I don't think Mourinho should come out and publicly say that we have very little chance of winning the league but I do think that we have very little chance of winning the league.

I know City look great but don’t give up hope just yet. They started similar last season and fell away after the Celtic game.

United just need to keep up there and there’s always an opportunity. We’ll find out tomorrow where we’re at. Massive game.

He could also learn Lindelof how to handle pressure playing for the biggest club in the world.

Will be a huge huge boost. Mkh seems unreiable at the moment so his build up as no 10 will be very effective to create in the final third.

Great personality that would give us that extra edge, can't wait for The Zlat! Zlatan Time

Having him back in the squad and playing would be a massive boost especially if Rom has one of those non scoring period throughout the season.

Plus, with him in the team we might see Rashford and Martial flanking on either side as Ibra tends to drop deep and be the playmaker more than Rom.

Definitely the kinda stuff United need to be hearing after comments like 'Huddersfield had more desire and passion than us' by the fans captain Ander Herrera.

Nice soundbyte but off the pitch United have a habit of making big noises off the pitch only to not deliver on the pitch.

Hope his goal is achieved.

Not even 10 games into the season and people have given up.

This forum sometimes.

I'm not expecting everybody to say good for Zlatan, good that he's so amtitious and whatever but half of the posts are conceding the league already, love for the fabulous City or shitting on Ibra.
Incredible.
I just hope there's no such mentality in our team. "Oh well City is ripping the league to shreds we might as well give up."
I'm sure Zlatan doesn't think that.

Hes got a great mentality, exactly what is needed around the club. We had a disappointing league position with him there though, just hope his optimism isnt misplaced. Realistically we should be looking at 2nd - city seem too strong this season even if they run into a bad patch i just dont see it lasting for long

My thoughts exactly.

You give up on the title in October. WTF! LVG and Moyes really did a number of some of you guys.
In life or in sport, you should never give up until it becomes impossible. You always have a chance to turn things around while you are fighting, but once you give up, you have no chance. Take this as a life lesson.

For the record I think it will be difficult, but if we can get Ibra, Pogba, Fellaini, Rojo - all back, playing well and fighting hard, we are definitely in with a good chance to win the title, but we have to get lucky with injuries.
When you add Jose to the mix, anything is possible.

You get the feeling that the same people would also complain if he downplayed our title chances.

On what grounds you can say it? Injuries to pogba and fellani?

Huddersfield was a blip and Liverpool we pulled handbrake ourselves. We will recover the points lost with players back.

He will be a big boost when he comes back, the league is still far from over, unless people are stupid enough to believe that the league will be decided by october.
