Scored in extra time they didn't deserve to rescue a draw. Were lucky that Chelsea had Morata injured in that game. Were lucky that Mane was sent off when against Liverpool. Are lucky to have been awarded a soft penalty and an offside goal against Arsenal.
City are no doubt very good, and are favorites for the title, but they are by no means the unbeatable team people are making them out to be. Dodgy defense and GK there for the taking. I

They're a terrific team, sadly. You go into their games expecting them to win no matter who it is these days which is really annoying.

They’re winning every game quite comfortably. It’s impressive but hopefully they’ll start to struggle when the going gets tough and they have to graft.
Not really relevant, my point is that they look a long way ahead of the rest, how they got there and whether pep is any good is a different discussion all together.

Yep. As was the case with us for years, the attacking team will tend to get luckier when it comes to winning penalties as they're in a position to win penalties more often.
We looked leggy but to be expected given the trip to Napoli midweek and Arsenal’s rest. Makes the result all the more impressive. It was closer than it looked in real time but I still thought Silva was a shade offside for the 3rd, and it came at a great time for us. However, on another day we score another couple of goals given the opportunities we had, our final ball was really poor.
Arsenal really struggled with any kind of pressing at the back and midfield and didn’t really do anything to convince me they’ll finish above City, Chelsea, Spurs or United.
Concern next week is that Delph looked injured at the end and Otamendi picked up his 5th yellow so gets a game ban. Dread to think what the backline could be, in a ground we typically struggle in.

Robbed you of what exactly? Ederson has one decent save to make just before half time from Ramsey and outside that you offered very little. Next to nothing. Easy to moan about the offside but we also squandered a fair few really good chances with poor decision making. Arsenal didn’t get robbed of anything today because you didn’t put in a performance even close to deserving 3 points. I’d struggle to even see your argument for deserving a point to be honest.
It is fair to say now that Pep has got them hitting the top levels at the moment. I can't see them collapse more than drop a few points in scattered games.
You need 90+ points minimum to beat them in my view and probably 95+ to win the league ahead of them.

Very poor final ball today. Created many openings but mispalced the final pass. Very lucky with the 3rd goal.
We'll need them to falter badly to have a chance to catch them, I look at them and so many players are performing at a high level.
I can't recall a single player putting a below 7/10 performance today and this is why they are looking so dominant, unless they get an injury crisis or suffer from a drastic loss of form it'll be an extremely difficult task to chase them down.

And had City taken their chances it could have been 8-2! They were totally dominant until Lacazette came on.

Is it City fans or is it rivals that are bigging them up. I don't see it as often from them, but hear it more from rival fans, other players and managers
City’s defense is still a bit suspect, they’re in great form but if they go up against a team with great attack like a PSG I could see City getting knocked out. Their form is great now but they’ll go through a dip for sure.

Penalty was the correct decision why is everyone acting like Arsenal were robbed or something. Yes the last goal was offside but this is the first wrong decision that I remember us getting this season. Arsenal were still crap going forward and we could've & should've finished the game in the first half.
It was an excellent result considering we played full strength vs Napoli away from home in one of the toughest places to go and got the result. Arsenal played their u23s against FC Sheeshkebab at home.

It's frustrating that Oliver bottled it on the penalty, definite Homer. Very poor work by the linesman on the third also.
Every week many think the luck is going to run out & if anything City get even luckier. It's 1 thing playing teams when there best players are injured / sent off. The decision by Wenger to leave a £50 Mill striker on the bench is scandalous though. All the more so when you see the impact he had on the game.

How many City players would start for Jose's United? One, two or three? Basically, only KDB would be a guaranteed starter at United now. DDG and all defensive players are regarded as superior to City's palyers in the same positions (given that Mendy is out for the season), same with Matic and Pogba. Martial/Rashford are considered no less talented than Sane/Jesus. And Lukaku is much more of a Jose CF than Aguero.
In short, it's not only about the budget. Coaching is utterly important.
