World Cup Qualifiers + Friendlies | November 2017

It's always stupid to get those 70 years old managers for national teams. Don't know what they expect from this.
I wouldn't want to be in his position today, don't remember the last time Italy failed a qualification to the WC...

Looks Belgium fans will suffer from heart attacks this Summer with Martinez...

Deserved win for Sweden! :)
Italy were rubbish in attack. Had a couple decent chances though. Lindelöf did okay. Darmian was pretty good.

Not really...2 teams completely lacking creativity. Both equally poor - Sweden was just a bit luckier. Their shot went in off a defender, Italias shot hit the post.

Pathetic from Ventura.

Don't tell me we have terrible players, 15 months ago with a much weaker squad we defeated Belgium, Spain and drew against Germany. After 15 months we seem a NT with no ideas filled with improvised players

I'm afraid so. But yeah, missing Vertonghen, Kompany and Alderweireld doesn't help either :)
Ok, didn't knew that, only that Hazard and Lukaku scored, guess Ciman is not the solution

Good game by Sweden, Lindelof was fecking terrible though. Mourinho was present at the ground. Our coaching is awesome, we can get through to the World Cup with some luck.

In what way was he fecking terrible? Looked composed and pushed up at the right moments. Loved when he celebrated in the face of Immobile at the end!

Was Mourinho at the Sweden-Italy game? Who would he have been watching?

How did Lindelöf play? Clean sheet against Italy must be good for his confidence.

When someone doesn't please the fans, even when they have normal games they are labeled shit, if you go some pages back you will see the same mentions to Darmian.

Jesse in a nutshell. Win the free kick with his fantastic movement but then misses a sitter from the resulting set piece.

Gonçalo Guedes 2:0 for Portugal, ok vs the Saudis still :p

Second half was disappointing, especially from Germany. No goals were the last thing I expected today.

Wow, Jack Cork having a really bad debut for England, but guess it feels cool anyway at 28. Jesse Lingard is crap, it’s insane he’s a Man United-player. He kind of has that imagined swagger that he has made it at the highest level, he is barely a Championship-player. Runs a lot and gets into areas, but just doesn’t have the feet. If he was a hockey player he would be great at skating and just horrendous with his hands, as they say.

Yeah, I know. Unfortunately there, at times, seem to be to many kids on here. I will never understand some posters need to constantly downplay some United players games.
