Disgraceful pen decision but the better team won. Begs the question why NI didn’t play like this in the first leg?
 
So disappointing to go through a long qualifying campaign just to go out on a dodgy penalty decision. And of course the referee will face no consequences for a major balls up as usual.

I imagine there is a decent change his punishment will be not going to the world cup himself, at least it should be.
