Amazing how Darmian is getting lot of abuse for being a bad crosser. His crossing has been a weakness for ages I think. I remember reading an article on new buys which specifically said his crossing was his major weakness.
Shame that even in 2017 we have one rule for Italy and one for the rest.
Darmian has easily been the worst player on the pitch so far.

Still though lots of defensive errors from us and moment of quality have given Italy a few chances. If they bring on 1-2 attacking players and change formation they will likely turn this game around cause we are not looking good at all.

Despite Italy being so dominant, Sweden should have had a pen for 1-0. Then we would talk Italy being in big trouble here.

Jepp we are really struggling today. Very similar to the game against Holland in which we started very poorly. Less margins this time.
Quite clear we struggle with the nerves and pressure. Lots of player just hoofing it away and Italy get the ball back straight away. Lucky for us they are not doing much with it either apart from a few long balls behind our defense.

Barzagli needs to come off for Insigne, and the formation needs to change . Jorginho has played some spectacular balls. I'm sure Venturas first move will be something like Eder for Immobile though. Clueless.

3-5-2 formation is terrible when you want to attack. You got very little threat against us. The one thing you have done well is some excellent quality balls from the midfield cutting through our team. A player with pace and dribbling on the wings though and you would get lots of chances. Hope you don't use that cause we look very slow to react today. Granqvist holding the team together, but down your left side you could cause serious damage.

You see the second half already, Italy will score and Sweden will falter. Sweden should have had a penalty, and Italy scoring three would never happen. Referee has been an absolute joke, not controlling the emotions at all. Two wrongs don’t make a right....

I would say he is better than what we've seen. But like quite a few United players, he is struggling under pressure.
