Starts with Arsenal vs Liverpool today.

Wow didn't realise that our fixture is so late. Is it the first time ever?

Teams competing for top 4 have some tough fixtures.

Liverpool vs Arsenal: Ramsey, Giroud, Moreno are out. Matip, Mustafi are doubtful.

Everton Vs Chelsea: Morata is suspended. Luiz is injured.

Burnley vs Spurs: Wanyama, Alderweireld, Heaton, Brady, Ward are injured. Tarkowski is suspended for 3 games.

This could be an opportunity to pull further away from the other big teams although Leicester are a decent side themselves. City will have no problems v Bournemouth. Stoke vs West Brom will be interesting too. Hughes will probably get the sack if they don't win that one.

Now thats a great day for football. The shitty games are at 3pm too.

Call me crazy, but I'm actually pulling for Liverpool here. At some point, they'll burn off and start dropping points (likely to the midtable sides).

In contrast, once the pressure wears off for them, the Gunners (as always) will end the season on a high note and earn near to maximum points in their remaining fixtures. It's better for Wenger's side to lose as much precious points as possible for now.

Of course, a draw would be great too.

City aside none of the Top 7 have easy matches and any or all can drop points.

I think we can beat Arsenal but it won't be easy. 1-2

Everton are on a run and could gain a point vs. Chelsea 1-1

Spurs are unpredictable but Burnley concede very few goals and are at home and Spurs are only breaking even (4-1-4) away so I'll go 0-0

Leicester likewise are unpredictable but are of course at home even though their away record is better. United could shade it but on current form (Leicester 4-1-1 in last 6, United 5-0-1) a draw could be on the cards 1-1.

Burenly have conceded only 3 goals at Home in 9 games, that's a great record. Same as Liverpool and ManUtd. Either draw or Spurs win as Burenly won't come out of the box to attack.

Btw what is caf hoping for in Arsenal vs Liverpool game? Arsenal win or draw?

We should beat Liverpool at home, their defending is as comical as ours.

With few red cards and hand bags.

For some reason the game today doesn't get me as excited as I hoped. Both Arsenal and Liverpool ain't competing for the title anyway so it all feels 'meh' to me.

Liverpool will play on the counter using Salah and Mane's pace and will win 3 or 4, as usual. The first game will get repeated.

As opposed to the last two seasons when the league challenge was hotly contested by these two teams?:wenger:

Hope and think Liverpool will win so I can enjoy ArsenalFanTV.

Unfortunately nobody apart from City are competing for the title. The perks of winning every game bar one till Christmas.
Why is your game kicking off so late anyways? Not exactly ideal on a Saturday night .

Arsenal usually sit back and try and go long to Giroud/Welbeck which whilst is good for a goal usually leaves them pretty vulnerable as they're not that much better defensively than us. Him being out in theory should help them as they'll be forced to attack something they've been exemplary at doing at the Emirates this season. We need to be switched on for the full 90 they have a habit of shifting through the gears rapidly.

Hoping all of Mane Matip and Karius start.

Wenger is a fool if he starts Maitland Niles.

He should drop Sanchez as well.

How do people still enjoy watching this? It's the same crap week in, week out now.

Was funny at first but the concept is old and tired already.

Arsenal vs Liverpool is the most entertaining match in this league and has been for a while now. Goals are guaranteed because both teams like to attack and both have suspect defenses. Perfect game for the neutrals. I'm going for a 2-2 draw.

Hope Arsenal nicks it:D I guess a draw would be good for us but can't see it to be honest..

Wenger hasn't won against Klopp's Liverpool and we conceded at least 3 goals in each game.

My 1st preference is a high scoring, high tempo draw that sees both teams drop more points in the next few games due to fatigue. My 2nd preference is for Arsenal to get smashed so we get an ArsenalfanTV meltdown.

Wenger to play same way as normal, and Liverpool to pick them off on the break scoring 3 or 4. The guy never learns.

Any reason our game is so late? That's a shocker to get back from couple of days before Xmas, or any time really!

I don't trust Wenger or this Arsenal team to get a result against Liverpool. They are stupid enough to play right into Klopp's hands and to the strengths of this Liverpool team. Completely naïve mentality, and they will be thrashed again.

Maitland-Niles vs Salah. Game will end 2-6 to Liverpool.

Holy shit, I thought kolasinac was suspended or something.

That Liverpool defence though.
Yeah, hence the 2 for Arsenal. I really don't rate their midfield at all (not that Liverpool's is much better bar Coutinho).
