Of course he was referring to Klopp/Conte. You make a comment, you get a comment in return that's how this works.
Just like Conte is well within his right to remind Jose about how hypocritical and stupid everyone else (Bar united Fans) thought his comments where.
All managers are hypocrites. Jose's turned a new leaf not out of maturity or anything, but partly due to the fact that he realized several clubs had reservations in appointing him due to his past behaviour, the bad experience with Eva and the Chelsea squad.
I don't like it though, I prefer the old Jose. That's why I like Conte among opposition managers despite his digs at our manager, he's more similar to Jose than he would like to admit.
1. Mourinho didn't mention any names. That makes a huge difference in this case.
2. Mourinho never claimed that he didn't act like a clown in his younger days. In fact, you could argue that he acknowledges that he did, as he claims that he's changed over the years(which is true).
Conte lost this "battle" in every possible way. He took the bait and made an unclassy response.
As soon as Conte goes and we replace him with a manager who doesn’t improve the players in the squad, the clubs management of fans’ expectations of player recruitment goes out of the window. Imagine if we lose Hazard and Courtois too!

Fair enough. I think Mourinho shouldn't have made that comment, and Conte didn't have to respond. The comment was hypocritical.
Jose's been making bitter remarks about Conte ever since it was clear that Antonio was doing a spectacularly better job than not only what Jose is doing at United, but with the same club. The type of comments Jose makes about manager's only really work if he is outclassing them (ala Wenger at Chelsea the first time), making constant digs at manager's who are outclassing him makes him look desperate.
And like I said in the other post: I know that Mourinho hasn't been a saint in the media either. But that doesn't make Conte any less of a moron in this particular case.

I’ve given him a lot of hate and consider him a brainless player but hopefully he proves me wrong if he’s working alongside Hazard and Morata. It’ll be interesting to watch his transition to a champions league level team, I think the potential for him to be a very good player is there.

Watching the Arsenal game, despite the result, I thought Chelsea are better stacked than us, especially in defense and midfield.
Azpi - Cahill - Christensen are very strong at the back, and proficient with the ball.
Alonso is one of the best on the left hand side. RHS they have a weakness. No idea why they're gunning hard for Sandro to replace Alonso, when a replacement for Moses should be the priority.
Fabregas, Bakayoko, Kante is a pretty strong base in the middle.
Hazard is of course on his day unplayable.
All things considered, they're underachieving this year in the league.

Consider KDB and Fernandinho missing for the first 4 or 5 matches and you get the idea of what went wrong with Chelsea this season, IMO

Conte has embarrassed both himself with his disgusting remarks and his club.
Just over a year ago he screamed in Conte's ear with the world watching for daring to be animated on the sidelines, so it doesn't really take Poirot to work out who he's trying to refer too when he bangs on about the same thing again. The only thing Conte seems to be doing wrong is responding, up till the FA Cup game he was ignoring Jose's attempt's to force a rivalry and it was driving him nuts.
